UPI and payment links

Set up how buyers pay you by UPI or your own payment link, what buyers see at checkout, and how you confirm each payment.

Buyers pay you directly, by UPI or through your own payment link. QKAP never holds your money and takes no cut, so you confirm each payment yourself with one tap.

Set up payments

  1. Go to Dashboard → Payments.
  2. Add your UPI ID and the Name on UPI (as shown in UPI apps). Buyers in India get a QR code and an Open UPI app button.
  3. Or add a Payment link: a Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad or Instamojo payment page.
  4. Optionally write Payment instructions, shown on the pay step, like "Add your order number in the UPI note."
  5. Choose your Currency.
  6. Set Send order alerts to, the email that hears about new orders.
  7. Tap Save settings.

You can add both a UPI ID and a payment link.

UPI only works with INR. If your shop uses another currency, add a payment link, or buyers can't pay for paid products.

Any product can override your shop link. In the product editor, under Pricing, fill in Payment link for this product. This is handy for a Razorpay page with the exact amount.

What buyers see

  1. The buyer checks out. Paid items and memberships ask them to log in or create a free account first.
  2. On the pay step they scan your UPI QR, tap Open UPI app, or open your payment link.
  3. They can add their payment reference, like a 12-digit UPI ref (UTR), so you can match it.
  4. They tap I've paid. Their order page unlocks by itself once you confirm.

With pay what you want, the UPI QR is generated for exactly the amount they chose.

Confirm a payment

  1. Check that the money arrived in your UPI app or payment dashboard.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Orders. Orders where the buyer tapped I've paid show as Says paid, and the Orders menu shows a count badge.
  3. Open the order and tap Mark as paid.
  4. The buyer gets access right away: files, lessons, booking details or member posts.

To confirm several at once, select orders and choose to mark them as paid. Only confirm payments you can actually see.

Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days, so your list stays tidy.

Receipt details

In Dashboard → Payments, the Receipt details section adds your Business name, GSTIN / tax ID and Business address to buyers' receipts. Leave them empty to show your page name only. See Orders and customers.

Shop options

The same screen holds Show the shop on your page, Section title on your page, and switches for Verified reviews and Gift purchases.

Common questions

Which currencies work?

UPI works in rupees. Payment links work in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, CAD and AUD.

Does QKAP charge a fee per sale?

No. There's no per-sale fee or commission.

What if a buyer says they paid but I can't see it?

Don't mark it paid. Use Send payment reminder or WhatsApp buyer in Orders to check with them, or cancel the order.
