Coupons and deals
Add tap-to-copy coupon codes, deal countdowns and deal labels to the products in your posts.
Add a coupon code and a deal end time to any product. Followers copy the code in one tap and see exactly how long the deal lasts.
Add a coupon code
- Open a post in Dashboard → Posts.
- In the product card, type the code in Coupon code (for example
SAVE10). - Optionally fill Price and Original price to show the saving.
- Save the post.
On your page, the code sits right under the product. Followers tap it to copy it, see a short confirmation, then tap Shop. Copying works inside the Instagram and YouTube in-app browsers, with a fallback for older ones.
Add a deal countdown or label
- In the product card, open the deal fields ("Add a countdown or a label like Lightning deal").
- Set Deal ends. Quick options include In 6 hours, In 24 hours, In 3 days and End of today. Times use your time zone.
- Optionally add a Deal label, like "Lightning deal". It shows on the deal badge.
- Save the post.
Tip: Leave the end time empty if you only want a label without a countdown.
A coupon and a countdown are independent. Use a code, a timer, or both.
When a deal ends
The countdown ticks down to the time you set. Once it passes, the badge says "Deal ended" instead of promising a price that's gone. Update the product or remove the deal when you have a new one.
Coupons in bulk imports
If you use Bulk import posts, the CSV columns product_coupon_code, product_deal_ends_at and product_deal_label fill these fields for you.

Common questions
How do followers copy the code?
They tap the code under the product. It copies in one tap with a short confirmation, and then they tap Shop.
Can I add a coupon without a timer?
Yes. Both are optional and independent.
What do followers see after a deal ends?
The countdown changes to "Deal ended", so nobody is misled by an old price.
