Tracking pixels

Add your Meta Pixel, Google tag and TikTok Pixel to measure ads, with events for views, checkouts, orders, leads and button taps.

If you run ads to your QKAP page, tracking pixels tell Meta, Google and TikTok what visitors did after the tap: viewed a product, started a checkout, ordered, subscribed or messaged you. Your ad tools can then measure and optimise your campaigns.

Add your pixels

  1. Go to Dashboard → Tracking pixels (in the Insights group).
  2. Paste the IDs you use (see the list below).
  3. Tap Save pixels.
  • Meta Pixel ID: 15 or 16 digits, from Meta Events Manager.
  • Google tag ID: a Google Analytics 4 ID like G-XXXXXXX, or a Google Ads tag like AW-123456789.
  • TikTok Pixel ID: 20 letters and digits, from TikTok Ads Manager.

Leave a field empty to turn that pixel off. Only the page's owner can change pixels.

Orders carry the amount, currency and product id. We never send names, email addresses or phone numbers.

Pixels load only after a visitor taps Accept on the cookie banner on your page. The banner names you and the companies whose pixels you added. Visitors who decline, or whose browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, are never tracked. Read more in our Cookie Policy.

Because of this, your ad tools will count fewer visits than your QKAP analytics, which counts every visit without cookies.

Common questions

Why doesn't my pixel show any events?

Open your page in a private window, tap Accept on the banner, then tap around. Check the pixel's own test tool, such as Meta's Test Events. Ad blockers can stop pixels from loading.

Is a Purchase sent when I confirm the payment?

No. It's sent when the buyer places the order, before you confirm the payment in Orders.
