Affiliate Disclosure

The short version

  • Links on creators' pages are often affiliate links. The creator may earn a commission if you buy.
  • The commission is paid by the store. It usually doesn't change the price you pay.
  • QKAP takes no share of creators' commissions and adds no affiliate tags of its own.

1.Creators may earn a commission

Each page on QKAP belongs to an independent creator. The product links on it are usually affiliate links from programs such as Amazon Associates or other affiliate networks. If you tap one and buy something, the store may pay the creator a commission.

Creators choose the products they recommend. QKAP doesn't pick, review or endorse products, and a product appearing on a page isn't a recommendation from us.

2.What QKAP earns

QKAP makes money only from the optional Premium subscription that creators can buy. We don't collect, track or pay commissions, we take no share of what creators earn, and we never add our own affiliate tags to their links. When a creator turns on automatic affiliate tags, the tags added are the creator's own.

3.Prices and products

Prices, discounts, coupons and stock change often and are set by the store. The price shown at the store at checkout is the one that applies. QKAP isn't the seller of any product: orders, delivery, returns and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms.

4.For creators: disclosing properly

You are responsible for telling your audience that you may earn from your links, in the way the rules that apply to you require. For example:

  • India: the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising ask for a clear, upfront label.
  • United States: the FTC Endorsement Guides.
  • United Kingdom: the CAP Code.
  • Affiliate programs have their own rules too. Amazon Associates, for example, asks for a specific statement that you earn from qualifying purchases.

Use the disclosure field in Dashboard → Profile to show a statement on your page, and disclose in your posts and reels as well. See section 4 of our Terms.

5.Something looks wrong?

If a page hides that it earns from links, makes misleading claims or links to something unsafe, use the Report option on that page. You can also reach us through our contact page or email support@qkap.app.
