Acceptable Use Policy

QKAP pages are visited by people who trust the creators they follow. This policy keeps those visitors safe and keeps QKAP a place stores and affiliate programs are happy to see. It expands on section 6 of our Terms of Service and applies to every page, post, product, link, collection, image and profile on QKAP.

• Anything illegal where you or your audience live, or that needs a licence you don't have.
• Counterfeit, replica, stolen or pirated goods, and anything that infringes a brand's rights.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts.
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia, prescription medicines without a prescription, and tobacco or vaping products to minors.
• Products that make unproven health, cure or weight-loss claims, or financial products promising guaranteed returns.
• Sexually explicit products or services.
• Gambling and betting, except where it is legal and you follow the applicable rules.

• Sexually explicit content, or any content that sexualises or exploits minors.
• Hate speech, or content that attacks people for who they are.
• Harassment, threats, bullying or sharing someone's private information.
• Violent or graphic content, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Images, videos or text you don't have the rights to use.
• Impersonating another person, creator or brand, or misleading visitors about who you are.

• No scams, phishing pages, malware, or links that redirect somewhere other than they claim.
• Disclose that you may earn from your links. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
• Keep prices, discounts and coupon codes accurate, and remove deals that have ended.
• Follow the rules of your affiliate programs, including where links may be shared and how.
• No fake reviews, invented testimonials or misleading claims about a product.

Only people who sign up themselves may be on your deal-alert list. Use their emails only for the deal alerts they asked for. Don't import, sell or share subscriber lists.

• No bots, scripts, click farms or paid traffic schemes to inflate views or clicks.
• No scraping, probing or bypassing our security or rate limits, and no excessive load on our systems.
• No accounts created to mislead visitors or get around a suspension.
• No false, abusive or repeated reports meant to harass a creator.

Every creator page and post has a Report option. Choose a reason and add details; you don't need an account. For legal requests such as copyright or trademark complaints, use our contact page.

Our team reviews reports. Depending on how serious a problem is, we may remove or unpublish a post, ask you to fix something, or suspend an account. While an account is suspended its page is hidden, but the creator can still log in to export their data or delete the account. Where it is reasonable and safe, we tell you why.
