Billing FAQ

Questions about paying

Is there a free trial?

No trial, and none needed: the Free plan has no time limit. Publish your page, keep up to 30 posts live and upgrade only when you need more.

How can I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record: Dodo charges you, applies GST and emails your invoice. QKAP never sees your card or UPI details.

Do the prices include tax? Will I get an invoice?

Yes. $2.45 a month or $12 a year are the final amounts, with GST or your country's sales tax included. Dodo Payments emails an invoice for every payment, and you can open past invoices any time from Dashboard → Billing.

Why do prices differ by country?

Dodo Payments prices QKAP Premium for each country and charges in your local currency, adjusted for local buying power. This page shows the price for United States; checkout uses the country of your billing address.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Dashboard → Billing. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that, premium-only settings such as extra themes, a banner or hidden branding pause and your page continues on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 7 days of your first payment. Email support@qkap.app with your username and we'll refund it in full to the payment method you used. Renewal payments aren't refundable.

What if a renewal payment fails?

Your Premium features stay on for a 3-day grace period while the payment is retried. Update your payment method from Dashboard → Billing to keep Premium; otherwise your page continues on the Free plan until you do. Nothing is deleted.

Can I run more than one page?

Yes. Every account includes 1 page, and Premium lets you run up to 5 from the same login, for example one per niche or brand. Each page has its own link, posts, look and analytics, you switch between them from the dashboard, and you can publish or unpublish any of them.

What happens to my extra posts, collections, links and pages if I go back to Free?

Nothing is deleted. Posts, collections and links stay where they are; you just can't add more beyond the Free limits (30 live posts, 3 collections, 3 custom links) until you archive or delete some, or upgrade again. Extra pages beyond your first are paused: hidden from followers until you upgrade, and you can still delete them. Premium-only settings pause and come back the moment you upgrade.

What does priority support mean?

Questions from Premium creators go to the front of our support queue and are answered by email.
