Export and delete your data
Download your posts, orders, customers and subscribers as CSV, and permanently delete your QKAP account.
You can download your data from your dashboard at any time, and delete your account yourself. Export first if you want to keep anything, because deletion can't be undone.
Export your data
Each part of your dashboard has its own CSV export.
| What | Where | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Posts and products | Dashboard → Posts → Export CSV | Every plan |
| Orders | Dashboard → Store → Orders → Export CSV | Every plan |
| Customers | Dashboard → Store → Customers → Export CSV | Every plan |
| Deal-alert subscribers | Dashboard → Subscribers → Export CSV | Premium |
| Analytics | Dashboard → Analytics → Download CSV | Premium |
Tip: On Free, your subscriber list is still visible in the dashboard. Only the export needs Premium. See Plans and Premium.
Team members can export orders only if their role includes Export orders. See Team and roles.
Delete your account
- Go to Dashboard → Settings and scroll to Delete account (the Danger zone).
- Tap the delete button.
- Type your username to confirm.
- Enter Your password.
- Confirm.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, all of your pages and everything on them: posts, products, uploaded photos and analytics. This can't be undone.
If you have Premium, the subscription is cancelled as part of deleting your account. If that fails, you'll see a message asking you to try again in a minute or cancel it from Billing first.
Tip: Only want a break? Cancel Premium or unpublish your page instead. Your page stays on the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
Team and agency accounts
Only the account owner can delete the account. Team members, even with the Admin role, can't. If your account is an agency, the Settings page warns you about the effect on your clients before you delete.
Common questions
Can I get my account back after deleting it?
No. Deletion is permanent. Export anything you need first.
Is there a single export of everything?
No. Export each part (posts, orders, customers, subscribers, analytics) from its own page.
I signed up with Google. How do I confirm deletion?
Deletion needs your password. Set one first under Dashboard → Settings → Password. See Account security.
