Bulk import posts

Turn a list of product links or a CSV spreadsheet into draft posts in one go.

Bulk import creates many posts at once, either from pasted product links or from a CSV file. Every imported post starts as a draft, so nothing goes live until you publish it.

Bulk import is a Premium feature. On the Free plan the Import menu shows a lock and links to pricing.

Where to find it

Go to Dashboard → Posts and open the Import menu. You'll see two options:

  • Paste links: turn up to 50 product links into drafts.
  • CSV import: bring posts from a spreadsheet or an export.
  1. Choose Import → Paste links.
  2. Paste your links into Product links, one per line, then tap Preview links.
  3. QKAP reads each link's title, photo and price. Fix any title, or add a cover where no photo was found.
  4. Choose One draft post per link (each link becomes its own draft, with the product photo as the cover) or One draft post with all products (all links go into one draft, like a "products from this reel" post).
  5. Tap Create. Your drafts appear in your posts list.

CSV import

  1. Choose Import → CSV import.
  2. Choose a CSV file, or use Paste CSV instead. Include the header row.
  3. Tap Preview import, check each post, and add covers where needed.
  4. Import. Each post gets a new number and stays hidden until you publish it.

CSV rules

  • Only product_url is required. Other columns are optional.
  • Rows with the same post_number become one post. Rows without one are a post each.
  • Write product_deal_ends_at as 2026-10-05 18:30 (your time zone), or keep the export's dates. Rows with other date formats are skipped.
  • Up to 50 posts and 500 rows per import, and files up to 2 MB.

Recognised columns include post_caption, post_category, post_source_url, post_image_url, product_title, product_url, product_image_url, product_price, product_original_price, product_coupon_code, product_store, product_deal_ends_at and product_deal_label.

Tip: Use Download your posts as a template to get a CSV in the right shape. The same file comes from the export button on Dashboard → Posts.

After importing

Open each draft, check it, and publish or schedule it. On the Free plan, limits on live posts still apply. See Numbered posts.

Common questions

Do imported posts keep their old numbers?

No. Every imported post gets a new number, so numbers are never reused.

Will imported posts go live straight away?

No. They're created as drafts. Nothing goes live until you publish.

My file is too big. What now?

Import a smaller part at a time. Each import takes up to 2 MB, 50 posts and 500 rows.
