Orders, customers and reports
Confirm payments, resend buyer links, ship orders, print receipts, email your list and read your store reports.
Every sale and buyer lives in your dashboard. Here's how to work through orders, keep in touch with customers and see how your store is doing.
Orders
Go to Dashboard → Orders. Each order has a payment status:
- Unpaid: the buyer hasn't said they paid yet.
- Says paid: the buyer tapped I've paid. Check your money and confirm.
- Paid: confirmed. The buyer has access.
- Cancelled: cancelled by you, or automatically after 7 days unpaid.
Search by name, email, phone, order number, UTR or tracking number. Open Filters to narrow by payment status, fulfilment, product, product type, dates, tag or who it's assigned to.
Actions on an order
- Mark as paid: confirms payment and unlocks access. For memberships, Confirm renewal extends access.
- Copy buyer link: copies the buyer's private order link.
- Email link again: re-sends the link by email.
- WhatsApp buyer or Send payment reminder: opens WhatsApp with a ready message.
- Receipt: opens the receipt for a paid order.
- New link: creates a fresh private link if the old one was shared. The old link stops working at once.
- Cancel (unpaid) or Revoke access (paid). Cancelling releases any booked time or stock. Revoking locks files, lessons and booking details. Refunds, if any, are up to you.
Each order also shows the payment reference (UTR), any discount code, and whether the buyer has opened their page. You can add a private note, tags, and assign the order to a teammate.
Physical orders
For physical products, tap Ship & add tracking to set the status, courier, tracking number (AWB) and tracking link. You can email the buyer when it ships or arrives, then Mark delivered.
Bulk actions
Select orders to mark them paid, assign or tag them, change fulfilment, or print Packing slips and Invoices. Export CSV downloads your orders.
Receipts
Every paid order gets a printable receipt. It lists the product, any add-on, the discount code and the total, plus the payment reference the buyer entered. Gift orders note who the gift was for. Buyers find it on their order page and can save it as a PDF.
Add your Business name, GSTIN / tax ID and Business address under Receipt details in Dashboard → Payments. Free orders don't get receipts.
A receipt shows your GSTIN if you add one. Whether it meets your tax obligations depends on your situation, so check with your accountant.
Customers
Go to Dashboard → Products → Customers to see everyone who bought from you or joined your list. Filter by Buyers or Subscribers, and search by name, email, phone or product. The list shows the first 500; use Export CSV for everyone.
Store emails
Go to Dashboard → Products → Emails to email your audience.
- Pick a starter, like New product, Discount or Update, or write your own.
- Choose Send to: Everyone, Subscribers or Customers. A product's waitlist can be picked too.
- Write a Subject and Message in plain text.
- Tap Send now.
You can send up to 3 emails a day. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribed are left out. Sent emails are listed below. See also Email broadcasts.
Store reports
Go to Dashboard → Store reports and pick a range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, a month, or a custom range. You'll see:
- Revenue, paid orders, average order value, units sold, cancellations and repeat buyers.
- Conversion, revenue by product and by product type, and top customers.
- Discount codes used, a payment funnel and fulfilment timings.
- When people buy: paid orders by weekday and hour.
Orders in other currencies are reported separately. Learn more on the feature page.
