Numbered posts
How post numbers work, how to add a post with products, and how followers find "#23 in my bio".
Every post on your QKAP page gets a number. Say "it's #23 in my bio" in your reel, and followers tap tile #23 or search for it to shop the products.
How numbers work
- Each new post takes the next number. You see it in the save bar as "This will be post #…".
- Numbers are never reused. If you delete a post, its number is retired, so an old reel never points to the wrong products.
- Followers can type "23" or "#23" into your page's search and jump straight to the post.
- Posts sit in a photo grid, newest first, like your Instagram feed. Pinned posts appear first.
Add a numbered post
- Go to Dashboard → Posts and start a new post.
- Under Products, paste a link into the product field and let Auto-fill grab the title, photo and price. Add as many products as the reel shows; each gets its own Shop button.
- Under Cover image, choose the tile followers tap on your page.
- Under Details, add a Caption (followers can search it), a Category if you like, and a Link to the original post so followers can rewatch the reel.
- Under Visibility, choose Publish now, Schedule or keep it as a draft.
- Tap Publish post (or Save draft / Schedule post).
Tip: A post needs at least one product before you can publish or schedule it.
Besides affiliate links, a post can hold items from your own Store, plain links, and WhatsApp or call-to-order items. See WhatsApp and call orders.
Drafts, scheduling and pinning
- Drafts are only visible to you. Publish whenever you're ready.
- Schedule sets a "Goes live on" time. The post stays hidden until then and appears by itself. Scheduling is a Premium feature.
- Pin to top puts a post first on your page.
- Archived posts are hidden from your page; you can unarchive them from your posts list.
Free and Premium limits
On the Free plan you can keep up to 10 posts live with up to 30 products. Premium removes these limits and adds post scheduling. See Plans and Premium or pricing.
You can group posts into highlights with Collections, and every post gets its own short link. Learn more on the feature page.
Common questions
What happens if I delete a post?
Its number is retired, not reused. The post and its products leave your page and collections. Views and clicks it already got stay in your analytics totals. Deleting can't be undone.
Can a post have more than one product?
Yes. Add every product from the reel to the same post. Each one gets its own image, price and Shop button.
Can I copy an existing post?
Yes. Open a saved post and duplicate it to copy the post and its products into a new draft.
Do followers need an app?
No. Your page opens in the Instagram, YouTube or X in-app browser with nothing to install.
