Billing and invoices

How to pay for Premium, switch or cancel your plan, update your payment method, find invoices and ask for a refund.

Everything about paying for QKAP Premium lives in Dashboard → Billing: your plan, payments and invoices. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, QKAP's merchant of record.

Upgrade to Premium

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Tap Start monthly or Start yearly. The button shows the price for your country, taxes included.
  3. Pay on Dodo Payments' secure checkout with UPI, a debit or credit card, net banking or a wallet.
  4. You'll come back to Billing. Once the payment is confirmed, you'll see "You're on Premium".

QKAP never sees your card or UPI details. If you see Still confirming, wait a minute and refresh the page. See Plans and Premium for what you get, and Pricing for prices.

Renewals

Your plan renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, Premium stays on for a 3-day grace period while the payment is retried. After that, premium features pause until a payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted.

Update your payment method

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Tap Update payment method.
  3. Add a new card or UPI mandate on Dodo's secure page.

Any overdue renewal is charged there, and Premium carries on.

Switch between monthly and yearly

On Dashboard → Billing, use Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly.

  • Monthly to yearly: your yearly plan starts today. You pay the yearly price minus a credit for the unused part of this month. If the payment fails, you stay on monthly.
  • Yearly to monthly: you keep the yearly plan you paid for until it renews. From then on you're charged monthly. Nothing is charged now.

Cancel Premium

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Tap Cancel Premium and confirm.

You keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Your posts, links and settings stay; premium-only ones pause after that. Changed your mind? Tap Resume Premium before the period ends and it renews as before.

Invoices and payment history

Dodo Payments emails an invoice for every payment, with GST or your local sales tax included. You can also:

  • See your payments under Payment history on the Billing page.
  • Tap Manage billing to open your payment method, invoices and receipts.

Refunds

From the refund policy:

  • First payment: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first Premium payment. No reason needed.
  • After 7 days, and renewals: not refundable, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel so you aren't charged again.
  • Partial periods: the unused part of a month or year isn't refunded after you cancel. Premium simply runs until the period ends.
  • Charged by mistake: if you were billed twice or charged after cancelling, tell us and we'll refund the extra charge.

To ask for a refund, contact support from the email on your QKAP account with the date of the payment. See Contact. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, and Premium ends on your account.

Tip: How long a refund takes to show up depends on your bank, card or UPI provider.

Common questions

Do prices include tax?

Yes. Prices are final amounts with GST or your country's sales tax included.

I paid by UPI before card checkout existed. What now?

Those periods run to their end and never renew by themselves. Billing shows when your UPI payment covers Premium until. Subscribing starts a renewing plan today.

Can a team member manage billing?

No. Billing stays with the account owner, even for the Admin role. See Team and roles.
