Dashboard tour

A quick walk through every area of the QKAP dashboard, and how to switch between your pages.

The dashboard is where you build and run your page. This tour shows what lives where, so you always know which screen to open.

Finding your way around

On a computer, the sidebar on the left lists Overview, Posts, Links, Design, Store, Inbox, Audience and Analytics. An area with several screens shows them as tabs at the top of the page, like Store › Orders. Rarely used areas sit under More near the bottom of the sidebar; tap More to unfold it, and the dashboard remembers this in your browser. At the very bottom are AI connections, Settings, the Dark mode switch and your account menu.

To make room, collapse the sidebar to icons with the button next to the logo, or press ⌘B (Mac) or Ctrl+B (Windows). Point at an icon to see its name.

On a phone, the bottom bar has Overview, Posts, Design and Inbox (team members who can't see the inbox get Analytics instead), and the More tab opens everything else, including Settings.

To jump anywhere fast, press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), tap Search… under the page switcher, or tap the search icon in the phone top bar. Type what you're after, like "orders", "theme", "upi" or "add link", and press Enter.

At the top of the dashboard, the Creator / Fan switch takes you to your fan account and back. See Creator mode and fan mode.

If you work on someone else's page as a team member, you only see the areas your role allows. See Team and roles.

Light and dark mode

Flip the Dark mode switch at the bottom of the sidebar. When the sidebar is collapsed, it's the moon icon (the sun icon while dark mode is on). To follow your device's setting instead, open your account menu and choose System next to Theme. On a phone, the theme choice is in More and in the account menu. Your choice is saved in this browser.

Overview

Dashboard → Overview is your home screen. It shows:

  • Your link in bio, with Copy your link and a QR code you can save.
  • A Set up your page checklist until you've finished the basics: profile photo, profile, socials, first post, products, 3 live posts, a custom link and sharing your link.
  • A card for each area with its most-used screens, then recent posts, scheduled posts, your top products and a summary of your numbers.

Posts

  • Posts: your numbered, shoppable posts. Create, edit, schedule, pin, archive and bulk import. See Numbered posts.
  • Collections: story-style circles that group posts. See Collections.

  • Import a page: bring your page over from another link-in-bio tool. See Import your page.

Design

  • Editor: your page's look and its sections in one place. The left column lists your sections (drag to reorder, Add section for new blocks), the middle shows a live preview, and the right column holds the settings: Theme settings (templates, colours, fonts, buttons and more) when nothing is selected. See Themes and design and Page layout.
  • Profile: photo, name, bio, social and contact links. See Profile and bio.

  • Tracking pixels: your Meta, Google and TikTok pixels for measuring ads. See Tracking pixels.

AI connections and Settings

  • AI connections: connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to your page, and manage its access and API keys. It has its own item at the bottom of the sidebar and is also a tab in Settings. See Build your page with AI.

Running more than one page

Each page has its own link, profile, posts, look and analytics. Free accounts have 1 page. Premium allows up to 5.

Create a page

  1. Go to Dashboard → Pages and tap New page.
  2. Pick a Username and a Page name.
  3. Leave Start with the same look as @yourname ticked to copy the theme, colours, font and layout. Posts and products aren't copied.
  4. Tap Create page.

Switch pages

Use the page switcher at the top of the dashboard and choose Switch page, or tap Switch to next to a page in Dashboard → Pages. You stay on the same section, so switching from Posts lands you in the other page's Posts. Team and client pages you can manage show up in the switcher too.

Publish, unpublish or delete

In Dashboard → Pages, use the switch next to a page to publish or unpublish it. Delete erases a page with its posts, products, collections, links and analytics for good. Your main page can't be deleted from here.

If you drop back to Free with extra pages, they're paused: hidden from followers, nothing deleted. Premium brings them back.

Common questions

Why can't I see some areas?

You're probably working on a page as a team member. Your role decides which areas you see. Ask the page owner to change your role.

Will switching pages lose my changes?

If you have unsaved changes, QKAP asks before switching. Save first to keep them.

Where do I change my username?

In Dashboard → Settings.
