Store overview

What you can sell from your QKAP store, how buyers pay you directly, and where every store tool lives in your dashboard.

Your QKAP store lets you sell your own products right from your link in bio. Buyers pay you directly by UPI or your own payment link, and QKAP takes no cut.

What you can sell

Open Dashboard → Products and pick a type under What do you want to sell? Each click creates a draft you can edit straight away.

  • Digital download: PDFs, presets, templates, e-books or any file. See Digital downloads.
  • Free lead magnet: a free guide or checklist in exchange for an email. See Lead magnets.
  • 1:1 coaching call: paid or free calls booked from your weekly hours. See Coaching calls.
  • Online course: lessons with video, notes and drip release. See Online courses.
  • Membership: monthly or yearly access to members-only posts. See Memberships.
  • Physical product: merch, books, prints or anything you ship.
  • Bundle: several of your products at one price. See Pricing options.
  • Tip jar: fans support you with any amount.
  • External link: a card in your shop that sends people to any page.

How a sale works

  1. You publish a product. It shows in the shop section of your page.
  2. A buyer opens it, logs in (or creates a free account) for paid items, and checks out.
  3. They pay you by UPI QR, the Open UPI app button, or your payment link, then tap I've paid.
  4. You check the money arrived and tap Mark as paid in Dashboard → Orders.
  5. Their private order page unlocks: files, lessons, booking details or member posts.

Free products, like lead magnets, unlock at once. More on this in UPI and payment links.

Before you publish a paid product, add a UPI ID or a payment link in Dashboard → Payments. Until you do, the Publish button is blocked for paid products.

Where everything lives

The store sits under Store in the dashboard sidebar (store reports are under Insights):

  • Products: create and edit products. Tabs across the top lead to Bookings, Customers, Reviews, Discounts and Emails.
  • Orders: confirm payments, ship physical orders and resend access. See Orders and customers.
  • Store reports: revenue, paid orders, conversion and more over a date range.
  • Payments: your UPI ID, payment link, currency, shop on/off switch, reviews and gifts switches, and receipt details.
  • Memberships: your plans, members and paywall settings.

The Products screen also shows your income for Today, the Last 30 days and All time, plus your best sellers.

Editing a product

Every product editor has the same core sections: Details (title, page address, subtitle, description, cover image), Pricing, Sales, FAQs, Share & stats and Checkout. Some types add their own sections, like Booking for calls, Lessons for courses, or Delivery & inventory for physical products.

Use Save draft while you work and Publish when you're ready. Published products can be moved back with Unpublish. On the products list you can reorder products with the arrows, duplicate them or delete them.

Turning the shop on or off

Go to Dashboard → Payments and use Show the shop on your page. While the shop is off, your products are hidden from your page. You can also rename the shop with Section title on your page.

Plans

The creator store, UPI payments and WhatsApp orders are included on the Free plan. Locking posts for members is part of Premium. See Plans and Premium or pricing.

Common questions

Does QKAP take a commission?

No. Money goes straight to your UPI or payment account. QKAP never holds it and charges no per-sale fee.

Why do I have to confirm payments myself?

Because buyers pay you directly, only you can see the money arrive. One tap in Orders confirms it and unlocks the buyer's access.

Which currencies can my shop use?

INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, CAD and AUD. UPI only works with INR; other currencies need a payment link.
