A QKAP agency account is a regular QKAP account that the QKAP team has set up for an agency. You connect creators by sending them a request, each creator approves what your agency can do on each of their pages, and your team then works from one overview, one inbox across every client, and staff logins assigned client by client. Agency pricing is custom: you ask through Contact us and the QKAP team replies in your dashboard. Creators stay in control throughout and can remove your access in one click.
Key takeaways
- Agency accounts are set up only by the QKAP team. Log in, use Contact us, and describe your agency; there's no self-serve sign-up and no published agency price.
- Creators approve access page by page, choosing a preset (Full management, Content, Store and orders, Inbox, Reports only) or custom permissions.
- Agencies can never manage a creator's team, and payment settings stay with the creator unless they choose to allow them.
- The agency hub gives you an overview of every client page, one inbox across clients, staff with per-client access, and page building with handover.
- QKAP runs creators' own pages, stores and inboxes. It is not an influencer discovery, campaign payout or brand-side reporting platform.
Who agency accounts are for
Agency accounts suit teams that do hands-on work on creators' own pages and businesses:
- Talent management: keeping a roster's pages current and handling inbound requests.
- Brand deals and sponsorships: answering partnership messages for several creators from one inbox.
- Content production: publishing posts, collections and reel series for clients.
- Social media management: keeping bio links, layouts and announcements in step with campaigns.
- Performance marketing: reading views and clicks across pages.
- Store and orders: running creators' stores, confirming payments and shipping orders.
If you only manage one or two creators, a normal team role on each creator's account may be enough. Team roles let a creator add you with specific permissions, and our getting started guide covers the basics of a QKAP page.
How to get an agency account
- Log in to the QKAP account that will become the agency. Signed-out visitors who press Contact us are asked to log in first, and only a main account (not an extra page) can ask.
- Press Contact us on the Agency card on the pricing page or on the agency accounts feature page.
- Fill in the form: agency name, website, countries you work in, an optional phone number, team size, how many creators you manage, the services you offer, and a message of 20 to 2,000 characters.
- Wait for a reply in your dashboard. The QKAP team answers in the same conversation, and only QKAP can turn an account into an agency. You can have one open request at a time.
The QKAP team also sets your agency's limits, such as how many clients, staff and agency-owned pages you can have, and can change them as you grow.
Connecting creators
From the agency hub, send a manage request to a creator by their handle or their email. Requests sent by email never reveal whether that person has a QKAP account. The creator sees your request in Team → Agencies and chooses:
- What you can do, from a preset or a custom list of permissions.
- Which pages it covers: all of their pages or just some.
Requests expire after 14 days. If a creator declines, or later removes your access, new requests from your agency won't reach that creator for 30 days. A creator can work with more than one agency at a time, each with its own access.
| Access preset | What it allows | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Full management | Content, store, orders, inbox, emails and analytics; not the team or payment settings | Full-service talent management |
| Content | Posts, links, collections, series, profile, appearance and layout, plus analytics | Content and social teams |
| Store and orders | Products, discounts, reviews, bookings, orders, buyers and their messages, plus analytics | Store operations and fulfilment |
| Inbox | Read and reply to messages and partnership requests, plus analytics | Brand-deal desks |
| Reports only | Analytics and orders, read-only | Performance reporting |
| Custom | Exactly the permissions the creator ticks | Anything in between |
What an agency can never do
Some rules hold whatever a creator ticks:
- Agencies can never manage a creator's team. That permission is removed even if someone tries to grant it, so an agency can't add or remove people on the creator's side.
- Payment settings stay with the creator unless they choose to allow them. That's where the creator's UPI ID and payment link live, so it decides where buyers' money goes.
- Sensitive permissions carry a warning when a creator grants them: payment settings, managing pages, exporting orders, sending emails, managing the inbox, and seeing customers and subscribers.
- Only the creator account's owner can approve, change, pause or remove an agency. A creator's teammate can't hand the business to an agency.
Every change your team makes appears in the creator's activity log, and rights are checked on every request, so a change or removal takes effect immediately.
The overview: every client at a glance
The agency hub's overview shows one row per client page with unread messages, orders to confirm, and the last 7 days of views and clicks. You can search, filter to pages that need attention, live, unpublished or paused pages, and sort by what needs attention, latest activity, name or newest client. Open any row to work on that page with the access the creator gave you. For what the numbers mean, see our guide to understanding QKAP analytics.
One inbox for every client
Messages sent through each client's message button arrive in one agency inbox. Your staff reply as the page, so the sender sees the creator's page name, while inside QKAP each reply shows which team member sent it. Each page keeps its own quick replies, so tone stays right for each creator. If a client's store sends questions about orders, our guide to QKAP store orders and payments explains what your team will be confirming.
Staff logins with client-by-client access
Staff get their own logins; nobody shares a password. You choose which clients and pages each person works on, so a junior editor can handle three creators' content without seeing a fourth creator's orders. On any client page, a staff member can only do what both the creator's grant and their own role in your agency allow, whichever is narrower.
Building pages for new clients and handing them over
Your agency can create pages for new clients from its own account (these need Premium on the agency account and count towards its page limit), set them up, and then transfer them to the creator when they're ready. Posts, products, orders and messages move with the page, and your agency keeps managing it only if the creator agrees. Our page transfer guide walks through every step.
When another tool fits better than QKAP Agency
QKAP agency accounts do one job: running creators' own link-in-bio pages, stores and page inboxes. They don't do influencer discovery, outreach, contracts, creator payouts or brand-side campaign reporting. If that's your main work, a dedicated platform is the better choice, and many agencies use one of each. QKAP is our product, so the table below sticks to what each vendor publishes rather than our opinion. As of October 2026, according to each vendor's own site:
| Tool | Built for | Pricing model | Runs the creator's own page, store and inbox? |
|---|---|---|---|
| QKAP Agency | Agencies and talent managers running clients' pages | Custom; Contact us | Yes |
| Linktree Agency or Enterprise | Organisations managing many Linktree profiles, with team seats | "Get in touch"; no listed price | Manages Linktree profiles; check Linktree for store and inbox features |
| Beacons for Managers | Talent-manager CRM, media kits, pitch decks, campaign reports | Priced by roster size: a free tier, then paid tiers from $30/month for up to 10 creators | Check with Beacons |
| CreatorIQ | Enterprise creator marketing: discovery, governance, measurement | Through a sales call | No |
| GRIN | Brands running gifting, affiliate and paid creator programmes | Published plans, from a free plan with a 20% management fee on wallet deposits to custom Enterprise | No |
| Upfluence | E-commerce brands and agencies running influencer and affiliate programmes | Custom quote; 12-month minimum contract | No |
| Modash | Discovery-led influencer programmes for brands | From $199/month (Essentials) | No |
| Qoruz | Influencer discovery and planning for brands and agencies | Free plan, then demo-led tiers | No |
| Kofluence | India-based influencer marketing agency and platform running brand campaigns | Request a demo | No |
For large brand-side programmes, creator discovery and payouts, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence and Modash are stronger fits than QKAP. QKAP is the better fit when the work is the creator's own page, store and messages.
Bottom line
If your team already logs in to creators' pages with shared passwords, an agency account replaces that with consent, per-client access and one dashboard. Read the agency accounts feature page, then press Contact us on the Agency card on pricing. Creators you manage keep their own plan; our Free vs Premium guide explains the difference.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get an agency account?
Log in to your QKAP account and press Contact us on the pricing page or the agency feature page. Tell us about your agency, and the QKAP team replies in your dashboard. Only QKAP can turn an account into an agency.
Can my agency see everything on a creator's page?
Only what the creator approves. They choose a preset or custom permissions and which pages it covers, and they can change, pause or remove your access at any time.
What happens when a creator removes access?
Your agency and its staff lose access to that creator's pages straight away, and the change is logged on both sides. For 30 days, new requests from your agency won't reach that creator.
How much does it cost?
Agency pricing is custom and depends on your team and number of clients, so contact QKAP for a quote. Creators you manage keep their own Free or Premium plan.
Can a creator work with more than one agency?
Yes. A creator can connect more than one agency, each with its own permissions and pages, for example one agency for content and another for the store.
