QKAP analytics show what happens after a follower taps your bio link: how many page views and visitors you got, how many product clicks followed, your click rate, which products were most popular and where your traffic came from. You'll find it all on the Analytics page of your dashboard. The free plan shows the last 7 days, and Premium adds 30-day, 90-day and custom ranges, a best-hours heatmap and CSV export. Used weekly, these numbers tell you which reels, products and pages deserve more of your time.

Key takeaways

  • QKAP analytics cover page views, visitors, product clicks, click rate, top products and traffic sources.
  • Free accounts see the last 7 days; Premium adds 30-day, 90-day and custom ranges, a best-hours heatmap and CSV export.
  • Click rate shows whether visitors find something worth tapping once they land.
  • Traffic sources, helped by short links with source tags, show which platform sends visits.
  • Sales and commission still come from your affiliate dashboards, because QKAP never sits between you and the store's payout.

What does each QKAP metric mean?

MetricWhat it measuresWhat it tells you
Page viewsTimes your page or posts were viewedOverall attention your page receives
VisitorsDistinct people viewing your pageHow many people you actually reached
Product clicksTaps from your page through to a storeReal buying interest
Click rateProduct clicks relative to visitorsHow well your page converts attention into taps
Top productsProducts with the most clicksWhat your audience wants
Traffic sourcesWhere visits came fromWhich platform or link is working

Page views vs visitors

One visitor can generate several page views, for example by opening a few posts. Visitors is the better measure of reach; page views show how much people browse. If page views per visitor rise, people are exploring more of your page, which often happens after you add collections.

Product clicks and click rate

Product clicks are the moment someone leaves your page for the store. Click rate puts that in context. A hypothetical example: 400 visitors and 120 product clicks gives a 30% click rate. If next week you have 600 visitors but still 120 clicks, your rate has fallen to 20%. More people arrived, but a smaller share found what they wanted.

What should you do when a number changes?

Numbers matter only if they lead to a decision. Here's a quick diagnostic guide.

Visitors are low

The issue is before your page. Your reels may not be mentioning your link, or not clearly enough. Say the post number on camera and put it on screen: "it's #18 in my bio". Our guide to link-in-bio call-to-action examples has lines you can use.

Visitors are healthy but click rate is low

People arrive but don't tap. Common causes:

  • They can't find the product from the reel. Check the post number is correct and the cover image matches the video.
  • Prices or images look outdated.
  • The page feels cluttered. Try a different layout in Appearance.
  • A product is out of stock or its link is broken.

Clicks are strong but earnings are weak

That's a conversion question on the store side: price, stock, delivery, reviews or product fit. Compare with your affiliate dashboard and read our explainer on affiliate conversion rate.

How to use top products

Top products is often the most actionable part of your analytics.

  1. Make more content around winners. If a ₹799 desk lamp keeps topping clicks, a follow-up reel, a comparison or a "lamps under ₹1,000" roundup may do well.
  2. Keep winners accurate. Check the price, stock and coupon on your top five products every week.
  3. Group them. Put popular products into a collection such as "Most loved" so new visitors find them.
  4. Question the losers. A product with plenty of views but no clicks may have a weak image or an unclear title.

Traffic sources show where your visitors came from. Every QKAP post has its own short link, such as qkap.app/s/abc, and you can add source tags so visits are labelled by where you shared them. That makes it much easier to compare, say, your Instagram bio with a YouTube Shorts description or a WhatsApp broadcast. Our guide to QKAP short links and QR codes explains how to set them up, and one link for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and more covers cross-platform habits.

Free vs Premium analytics

Seven days suits a weekly review. Premium's longer ranges help you spot monthly trends and compare sale periods, such as this Diwali against last month. The best-hours heatmap shows when your visitors are most active, which is a useful starting point for testing when to post. CSV export lets you combine QKAP data with affiliate earnings in your own spreadsheet. Separately, posts CSV export is available on every plan.

A 15-minute weekly analytics routine

  1. Open Analytics and note visitors, product clicks and click rate for the last 7 days.
  2. Compare with last week's numbers in your notes.
  3. List your top five products and check each is in stock with the correct price.
  4. Check traffic sources. Did a new platform or short link send visits?
  5. Cross-check product clicks against orders in your affiliate dashboards.
  6. Choose one change for next week and write it down.
