Instamojo and Dukaan are online store builders: Instamojo runs its own payment gateway with cash on delivery and shipping integrations, and Dukaan offers its own delivery service alongside a storefront. QKAP is a reel-first link-in-bio page with a built-in store, where buyers pay you directly by UPI or your own payment link and QKAP takes no commission. Choose a store builder if you run a large catalogue and need gateway checkout, cash on delivery or courier tools; choose QKAP if you sell a smaller range through reels, often next to affiliate finds or digital products, and want payments to come straight to you.

Key takeaways

  • Instamojo (as of October 2026) has a free Lite store plan, a payment gateway at 2% + ₹3 per transaction, cash on delivery and shipping-partner integrations.
  • Instamojo's store and digital-product transaction fees vary by plan, and it charges 18% GST on its fees, so read its pricing page closely before you set prices.
  • Dukaan is a live Indian store builder with a free start option and its own "Dukaan delivery" shipping service; check its pricing page for current plans, fees and payment methods.
  • QKAP is our product: a link-in-bio page with a store, no QKAP commission, direct UPI to your own UPI ID, and payments you confirm yourself.
  • QKAP has no cash on delivery, courier integration or automatic card checkout, so physical-product shops shipping many orders a day may be better served by a store builder.

How we compared

We compared the three on what an Instagram seller in India actually needs: what you can sell, UPI and card payments, platform fees, shipping tools, link-in-bio features, the free plan, and who holds the money. Competitor facts come from Instamojo's and Dukaan's own websites, checked on 17 October 2026 and listed under Sources. Where a company's page contradicted itself or didn't show a detail, we say "check the pricing page" instead of guessing.

QKAP is our product, so we have a bias. We've tried to offset it by saying where Instamojo and Dukaan fit better and listing what QKAP does not do.

Instamojo (as of October 2026)

Instamojo is an Indian online store builder with its own payment gateway. Per its pricing page:

  • Plans. A free Lite online store plan, paid Starter and Growth plans, and a "Do-It-For-Me" service priced on request. The paid plan prices appeared differently in two places on the same page when we checked, so confirm them on Instamojo's site.
  • Gateway charges. 2% + ₹3 per transaction for UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and 3% + ₹3 for corporate cards. Instamojo charges 18% GST on its fees.
  • Store transaction fees. The pricing table lists 5% + ₹3 on Lite and Starter and 2% + ₹3 on Growth; for digital products, 10% + ₹3 on Lite and Starter and 5% + ₹3 on Growth. The page doesn't make clear whether these are charged on top of the gateway charge, so ask Instamojo before you work out your margins.
  • Settlement. Money reaches your bank three days after the transaction (T+3), with instant, same-day or next-day payouts for an extra fee, subject to KYC.
  • Physical goods. Cash on delivery on Lite, Starter and Growth, shipping partner integrations (its FAQ names Shiprocket, Shipway, Pickrr and Vamaship), and advanced shipping rules on Growth.
  • Extras. Payment links (a free "Quick" plan at 2% + ₹3), Smart Pages, and a 14-day money-back guarantee on premium plans.

In short, Instamojo suits sellers of physical goods who want cash on delivery, courier integrations and checkout through a payment gateway instead of confirming each payment by hand, and who are comfortable with per-transaction fees that depend on plan and product type.

Dukaan (as of October 2026)

Dukaan (mydukaan.io) is an Indian online store builder aimed at small sellers. Here is what we could confirm on its own site in October 2026:

  • The site is live and offers a "Start free" option.
  • Its pricing page has a monthly and yearly toggle, with yearly billing promoted as "up to 60% off".
  • "Dukaan delivery" is described as its "pan-India hassle-free shipping partner".

What we could not confirm on Dukaan's own pages: current plan prices, per-order fees, payment gateways, cash on delivery terms and digital-product support. Third-party listings disagree with each other on these, so check Dukaan's pricing page before you decide.

In short, Dukaan is worth a look if you want a full storefront with help on delivery. Compare its current plans against your order volume.

QKAP (our product)

QKAP is a link-in-bio page built for creators and sellers who post reels. Your page is a grid of numbered posts that mirror your videos, and each post can hold your own store products, affiliate products, links or WhatsApp order buttons. The store sits on the same page.

  • What you can sell. Physical products, digital downloads, online courses, 1:1 coaching calls, memberships, bundles, tip jars, free lead magnets and external links.
  • Payments. Buyers pay you directly by UPI QR or UPI app link to your own UPI ID in rupee shops, or through your own Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or Gumroad payment link. Shops can price in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, CAD or AUD. See UPI and payment links.
  • Fees. QKAP takes no commission or per-sale fee on any plan. If you use a payment link, that provider's own fees still apply.
  • Confirmation. Buyers tap "I've paid" and can add the UTR; you confirm in Orders, one by one or in bulk. QKAP does not verify payments automatically.
  • Physical products. Stock limits, up to 20 units per order, delivery address and delivery fee, fulfilment statuses, and the courier name and tracking number that you type in.
  • Not included. Courier integration, label printing, shipping-rate calculation and cash on delivery.
  • Plans. The store is on every plan, including Free, with up to 100 store products per page. Free caps your grid at 10 live posts and 30 products inside posts; Premium removes those caps (see pricing).

Buyers need a free QKAP account to buy anything with a price. In short, QKAP suits sellers whose reels do the selling and who would rather pay no platform cut than have checkout automated.

Who each suits

Instamojo

Sellers with a growing physical-product range who need cash on delivery, courier integrations and gateway checkout. It also suits sellers who want card, net banking and wallet payments to work without setting up a separate gateway. Budget for the gateway charge, the store transaction fee for your plan and GST on those fees.

Dukaan

Sellers who want a proper storefront and help with delivery across India. Because we could not confirm Dukaan's current fees and payment options on its own pages, compare its live pricing page with Instamojo's before you commit.

QKAP

Creators and small sellers whose sales start with a reel: handmade products, small batches, digital guides, coaching or memberships, often mixed with affiliate recommendations. Buyers find the product by post number, pay you by UPI, and you confirm the payment. If you sell digital products in India, our guide to selling digital products with UPI walks through the setup, and QKAP store orders and payments explains the confirmation step.

Using QKAP with a store builder

You can also run both. Keep Instamojo or Dukaan for a large catalogue (and, on Instamojo, cash on delivery), and use QKAP as your bio link: add the store's product pages as external link products or post items, so a follower who watched reel #14 lands on the exact product. For a wider view of the market, see creator tools with UPI payments and Stan Store alternatives in India.

Frequently asked questions

Which has the lowest fees?

On per-sale fees, QKAP charges no commission, and UPI payments to your own UPI ID carry no QKAP fee; if you use a payment link, that provider's fee applies, and Premium is an optional subscription. Instamojo lists a 2% + ₹3 gateway charge plus plan-based store fees and 18% GST on its fees, as of October 2026. Dukaan's fees weren't shown on its pages; check its pricing page.

Can I accept UPI on all three?

On QKAP, yes: buyers pay to your own UPI ID by QR or UPI app link in rupee shops. Instamojo's gateway accepts UPI along with cards, net banking and wallets. For Dukaan, check its pricing page for current payment methods.

Can I use QKAP and a store builder together?

Yes. You can keep a store builder such as Instamojo or Dukaan for a large catalogue and use QKAP as the bio link, with posts that point to the right product pages. You can also sell a few items directly on QKAP and send the rest to your store.

Does QKAP offer cash on delivery?

No. QKAP's checkout takes UPI or your own payment link, and there is no COD option. If some buyers insist on COD, take those orders through a WhatsApp order button and arrange COD with your courier outside QKAP.

Which is best for selling digital products?

QKAP and Instamojo both support digital products. QKAP adds courses, coaching calls, memberships, bundles and private download links with no QKAP commission. Instamojo lists a higher transaction fee for digital products than its standard store fee, as of October 2026, so compare the total cost at your price point.
