Does QKAP offer cash on delivery or book couriers?
No. Customers pay you directly by UPI or your payment link. You ship with your own courier and add the tracking link to the order.
Do customers need WhatsApp installed?
WhatsApp orders open WhatsApp on the app or the web. Call-to-order buttons open the phone's dialler.
Does QKAP take a commission on my sales?
No. Payments go straight to you and QKAP charges no per-sale fee.
Is QKAP a full online shop?
It's built for small catalogues next to your Instagram content. For a large catalogue with automated checkout, a full e-commerce platform suits better.
