To pay for QKAP Premium, open Dashboard → Billing, pick the monthly or yearly plan, and pay on Dodo Payments' secure checkout with UPI, a debit or credit card, net banking or a popular wallet. Creators in India pay in rupees; everyone else pays the US-dollar price, which is charged in your local currency outside the United States. Prices include GST or your local sales tax, the plan renews automatically until you cancel, and your first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days.
Key takeaways
- Premium is bought from Dashboard → Billing and paid on Dodo Payments' checkout; QKAP never sees your card or UPI details.
- As of 17 October 2026, Premium costs ₹249 a month or ₹999 a year in India, and $9 a month or $49 a year elsewhere, taxes included. The pricing page is always the source of truth.
- Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it charges you, applies GST or sales tax, and emails an invoice for every payment.
- Plans renew automatically; you can cancel any time and keep Premium until the paid period ends. A failed renewal gets a 3-day grace period.
- There's no free trial because the Free plan has no time limit, and nothing is deleted if Premium ends.
What Premium adds
The Free plan is a complete page: shoppable numbered posts, products, the whole creator store, email broadcasts and the inbox. Premium lifts the limits and adds tools for creators who post often. In short, it adds:
- unlimited live posts and products (Free keeps 10 posts live with up to 30 products);
- more collections and custom links, all 9 themes, a banner image and the option to hide QKAP branding;
- up to 5 pages from one login;
- 30-day, 90-day and custom analytics ranges, a best-hours heatmap and CSV export;
- post scheduling, bulk import, broken-link alerts and affiliate tag rules;
- members-only posts and series parts, 1080p reel series video, the deal-alert sign-up card and priority support.
The full side-by-side table is on pricing, and our Free vs Premium guide walks through who needs which plan.
Prices by country, as of 17 October 2026
| Where you're billed | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| India | ₹249 a month | ₹999 a year |
| Everywhere else | $9 a month | $49 a year |
These figures come from QKAP's own billing configuration on 17 October 2026 and include taxes. Prices can change, so check pricing on the day you subscribe. If a price ever changes for existing subscribers, QKAP's refund policy says you'll get an email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Which price do you see? Billing addresses in India are charged in Indian rupees. Everywhere else, the plan is priced in US dollars; outside the United States, checkout shows and charges that US-dollar price in your local currency. The pricing page shows prices for your country, and its "Prices for" picker lets you check another one.
Monthly or yearly? Twelve monthly payments in India add up to ₹2,988, compared with ₹999 for a year, and $108 compared with $49 elsewhere. Monthly makes sense if you want Premium only around a sale season or want to try it first.
Step by step: from Billing to confirmation
- Log in and open Dashboard → Billing.
- Tap Start monthly or Start yearly. The buttons show the price for your country.
- You're taken to Dodo Payments' hosted checkout. Choose UPI, card, net banking or a wallet, and complete the payment.
- You return to Billing, which shows "Confirming your payment…" for a few seconds while the payment is checked.
- Once it's confirmed, Billing shows you're on Premium and every Premium feature switches on. You also get an email when Premium is active.
If you cancel at checkout or the payment fails, nothing is charged and you can try again with another method. If Billing still says it's confirming after a minute, refresh the page rather than paying a second time.
Who charges you: Dodo Payments as merchant of record
A merchant of record is the company that legally sells you the subscription and handles the payment and tax side. For QKAP Premium, that's Dodo Payments. In practice this means:
- Dodo Payments processes the charge, and QKAP never sees your card or UPI details;
- Dodo applies GST in India, or the sales tax that applies where you are, and the price you see already includes it;
- Dodo emails an invoice for every payment, and you can open past invoices, receipts and your payment method from Manage billing in Dashboard → Billing.
If you need the invoice for business accounts or a GST input-credit claim, check the invoice details with your accountant.
Renewals, failed payments and the 3-day grace period
Premium renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, for example because a card expired, Premium stays on for a 3-day grace period while the payment is retried. Update your payment method from Billing during that time to keep Premium without interruption. If the payment still doesn't go through, your page continues on the Free plan until it does, and nothing is deleted.
Switching plans, cancelling and the 7-day refund
Switching. On an active subscription you can switch between monthly and yearly from Billing. Moving to yearly starts the yearly period right away and charges the yearly price minus the unused part of your month. Moving to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you've paid for.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing; there's no email or call needed. Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Changed your mind? You can resume from the same page before the period ends.
Refunds. You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, with no reason needed. Email support from the address on your QKAP account with the payment date. Dodo Payments refunds it to the original payment method, and Premium ends on your account. Renewal payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it, and unused parts of a period aren't refunded after you cancel. If you were charged twice or after cancelling, QKAP refunds the extra charge. The refund policy has the full wording.
What happens when Premium ends
Nothing is deleted. Your posts, products, collections, links and analytics stay where they are. You can't add more beyond the Free limits until you archive some or upgrade again. Premium-only settings such as extra themes, the banner and hidden branding pause, extra pages beyond your first are hidden from followers, and posts you already made members-only stay locked. Everything comes back the moment you subscribe again.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
No, and none is needed: the Free plan has no time limit. Build your page, keep up to 10 posts live with up to 30 products, and upgrade only when you need more. If you're new, start with getting started with QKAP.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, emails an invoice for every payment with GST or sales tax included, and past invoices are available from Manage billing. Whether that invoice meets your business's input-credit needs is a question for your accountant.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing whenever you like. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your page continues on the Free plan with nothing deleted.
Can I pay for Premium with UPI?
Yes. UPI is one of the payment methods on Dodo Payments' checkout, alongside cards, net banking and popular wallets. The plan renews automatically, and you can update the payment method from Billing at any time.
How is agency pricing different?
QKAP Agency accounts, for teams that manage many creators' pages, have custom pricing rather than a listed price, and they aren't bought through Billing. Log in and use Contact us on the Agency card on pricing or on the agency page to describe your agency, and the QKAP team replies in your dashboard. Creators managed by an agency keep their own Free or Premium plan.
If you're weighing whether Premium is worth it at all, read why creators switch to QKAP, and who it isn't right for, then upgrade from Billing when your page outgrows Free.
