If email is a side channel for you, a link-in-bio tool with built-in sign-ups and broadcasts saves you a second subscription. If email is your main business, use a dedicated newsletter tool such as Kit and link it from your bio page. As of October 2026, Beacons comes first in our ranking, with built-in email sends on every plan and unlimited sends from its Creator Plus plan. Stan adds automated email flows on its Creator Pro plan, and QKAP, our product, includes plain-text broadcasts on every plan, Free included, but no automations.

Key takeaways

  • Built-in email is enough when you send occasional launches, deals and updates. Automations, sequences and detailed reports need a dedicated email tool.
  • Beacons ranks first: email sends on every plan, rising to unlimited on Creator Plus, as of October 2026.
  • Stan ranks second for automated email flows, which need its Creator Pro plan.
  • QKAP ranks third: broadcasts to subscribers, buyers and waitlists on every plan, up to three a day, in plain text only.
  • Linktree collects sign-ups on every plan and sends them to Mailchimp, Kit, Klaviyo or Google Sheets on Pro and Premium.
  • Only email people who signed up or bought from you, and include an unsubscribe link every time.

Five features matter, and few tools have all of them:

  • Sign-up capture: a form or card on your page where followers leave their email.
  • Lead magnet: a free download, such as a checklist or recipe pack, given in exchange for an email.
  • Broadcast: one email sent to your whole list or a segment, like a launch or a deal alert.
  • Automation or sequence: emails sent on a schedule after someone joins, such as a welcome series.
  • Integration: a sync that sends new sign-ups to a separate email tool.

Method. We read official pricing pages and help articles on 17 October 2026, so every competitor fact is "as of October 2026", with links under Sources. We gave credit only for documented features. Where we found nothing, we say so, which doesn't prove a feature is missing. The weights put email depth (how much you can send, and whether you can automate) first, and the order is our judgement against them, not a precise score.

Our bias. QKAP is our product. We know its email limits in detail and other tools only from their public pages, which could tilt us either way. QKAP would do well on price, because its broadcasts are free, and on documented unsubscribe handling. But email depth carries the most weight here, and QKAP sends plain text only, caps sending at three broadcasts a day and has no automations, so it ranks third.

1. Beacons

Best for: creators who want email, a store and a media kit in one place and expect to grow into a paid plan.

Strengths: As of October 2026, Beacons' pricing page lists built-in email sends on every plan: 50 a month on Free, 500 on Creator, and unlimited on Creator Plus and Creator Max. Creator Plus also drops the seller fee on store sales from 9% to 0%.

Limits: 50 sends a month on Free is small, so check how Beacons counts a send. We couldn't confirm the details of its automation features from official pages.

Price note: As of October 2026: Free $0, Creator $10/month or $100/year, Creator Plus $30/month or $300/year.

2. Stan (Creator Pro)

Best for: creators selling courses or coaching who want automated email flows tied to their store.

Strengths: Stan's pricing article lists lead magnets and email collection on Creator, and Email Broadcast plus Email Flows on Creator Pro. Its "Collect Emails/Applications" product works on every plan and can add custom fields such as phone or multiple choice. Stan charges 0% transaction fees, though Stripe or PayPal fees apply.

Limits: No free plan, only a 14-day trial, and sending to your list needs Creator Pro.

Price note: As of October 2026: Creator $29/month or $300/year, Creator Pro $99/month or $948/year.

3. QKAP (our product)

Best for: creators and small sellers, especially in India, who want to email subscribers and buyers without paying for email.

Strengths: Email broadcasts are on every plan, Free included. You choose an audience (everyone, subscribers, paying customers, or one product's waitlist) and can start from ready-made starters. Each broadcast reaches up to 5,000 recipients. Every email carries an unsubscribe link plus one-click unsubscribe headers, and unsubscribed addresses are always left out. You can see what you sent in sent history, and replies come straight to you. The list grows from lead magnets, where a follower gives a name and email with clear consent and the file unlocks instantly, and from waitlists and buyers. Subscribers and customers export as CSV. Our email broadcasts guide walks through sending your first one.

Limits: Plain-text emails only, up to three broadcasts in 24 hours. No automations or sequences, no A/B tests, no open-rate tracking, no HTML designer, and no built-in Mailchimp or Kit sync. The deal-alert sign-up card on your page needs Premium.

Price note: Broadcasts and lead magnets are free. See pricing for Premium.

4. Komi

Best for: creators who want unlimited email campaigns on one paid plan.

Strengths: As of October 2026, Komi's free Starter plan captures unlimited fan contacts, and Pro adds unlimited email campaigns and a 0% fee on digital product sales.

Limits: Campaigns need Pro, so unlike Beacons and QKAP there's no sending on the free plan. We found no detail on automations or unsubscribe handling on its pricing page.

Price note: Pro is $20/month, or $16/month billed annually.

5. Planoly Creator Store (formerly Snipfeed)

Best for: creators who already schedule posts with Planoly.

Strengths: Planoly's Creator Store page lists email marketing with automated emails and email or text campaigns, with zero transaction fees on store sales.

Limits: Creator Store comes inside Planoly's plans, and we couldn't confirm which plan includes which email features.

Price note: Planoly's pricing page says plans start at $14 a month. Check whether that is the monthly or annual price.

6. Linktree

Best for: creators who collect sign-ups on Linktree and send from Mailchimp, Kit or Klaviyo.

Strengths: Linktree's pricing page lists email and phone sign-ups on every plan, including Free. Pro and Premium sync to Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Kit and Klaviyo.

Limits: The pricing page lists collection and integrations rather than a built-in broadcast tool, so plan on a separate email service.

Price note: Pro showed ₹440/month billed annually or ₹650 monthly to a visitor from India in October 2026. Prices vary by region.

Also checked

As of October 2026: Milkshake Pro (US$6.99/month) lists a mailing list via Google Sheets and Mailchimp. Lnk.Bio's one-time UNIQUE tier ($24.99) includes a newsletter. bio.link Pro ($14.99/month, or $7.49/month yearly) includes building an email list. Later's link-in-bio page has an email form and Mailchimp connection on every Later Social plan. Carrd Pro Standard ($19/year) has sign-up forms that connect to Mailchimp, Kit, MailerLite, beehiiv and Brevo. We left these unranked because they rely on another email tool or lack confirmed broadcast details.

When to pick a dedicated newsletter tool instead

Choose a dedicated email platform if email is how you earn, or if you need welcome sequences, automations by behaviour, segments, A/B tests or open-rate reports. As of October 2026, Kit's free plan covers up to 10,000 subscribers with unlimited landing pages, forms and broadcasts. Its Creator plan starts at $33/month billed yearly ($390/year) for 1,000 subscribers and adds visual automations and sequences.

Connecting it to your bio is simple: add the newsletter's sign-up page as a link on your page. If you move a list between tools, only move people who agreed to hear from you, and keep their unsubscribe choices. Our guide to creator privacy and follower data covers consent and storage, and free link-in-bio tools explains what free plans give up.

For deal creators, an Instagram broadcast channel works well alongside email: quick alerts there, fuller updates by email.

Which email option to choose

Pick Beacons for built-in email that scales with a paid plan, Stan for automated flows around courses, and Kit if email is your business. If you mostly tell buyers and subscribers about launches and sales, QKAP's free broadcasts cover that. Run our link-in-bio checklist before you switch, and create a free QKAP page to test it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I email followers from Linktree?

As of October 2026, Linktree collects email and phone sign-ups on every plan, and Pro and Premium send them to Mailchimp, Kit, Klaviyo or Google Sheets. Its pricing page lists these integrations rather than a built-in broadcast tool, so you usually send from your email service.

Rules differ by country, so check the law where you and your buyers live, or ask a lawyer. A safe habit is to email only people who signed up or bought from you, say clearly what they'll receive, and include an unsubscribe link in every email. QKAP adds that link and leaves out anyone who unsubscribed.

How often should I email?

Send when you have something useful: a launch, a real deal or a helpful update. A steady rhythm you can keep, such as weekly or fortnightly, matters more than volume. QKAP's limit of three broadcasts a day is a ceiling, not a target.

Does QKAP charge for email broadcasts?

No. Broadcasts are on every plan, including Free, with up to three a day and up to 5,000 recipients each. Premium adds the deal-alert sign-up card, but sending doesn't need it.

Can I send designed HTML newsletters from QKAP?

No. QKAP sends plain-text emails that read like a personal note. If you need designed templates, automations or open tracking, use a dedicated email tool and link its sign-up page from your bio.
