Questions, answered
Is QKAP really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: publish your page, keep up to 10 posts live with up to 30 products, and upgrade only when you need more.
Will my affiliate tags stay intact?
Yes. The link you paste is saved exactly as it is, and that's where followers go. Optional auto-tag rules only add a tag where one is missing; they never edit your saved links.
How do the post numbers work?
Each new post gets the next number (#1, #2, #3…) and numbers are never reused. Say it in your reel; followers tap that tile or type it into search.
Do followers need an app or account?
No app. Shop links and free downloads need no login; purchases, memberships and messages use a free QKAP account.
Can I sell my own products?
Yes. Add digital downloads, free lead magnets, 1:1 calls, courses or memberships from Dashboard › Store. Buyers pay you directly by UPI or your own payment link, and QKAP takes no cut.
Which stores work?
Any http link: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Meesho, links from tools like Wishlink or EarnKaro, and your own store. Popular stores are labelled automatically.
Can I move my page from Linktree or Wishlink?
Yes. Paste your Linktree, Wishlink, Stan or other link-in-bio URL and QKAP imports your profile, links and products.
How do I pay for Premium?
With UPI, cards, net banking or popular wallets on Dodo Payments' secure checkout. Prices include GST or your local sales tax, and every payment comes with an invoice.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Within 7 days of your first payment, email support@qkap.app for a full refund.
Can I run more than one page?
Yes. Every account includes 1 page, and Premium lets you run up to 5 from the same login, each with its own link, posts, look and analytics.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. You just can't add more beyond the Free limits until you archive some or upgrade again, and premium-only settings pause until you do.

Yes. Agency accounts manage many creators' pages, inboxes and staff from one dashboard, with custom pricing. Tell us about your agency from the Help tab.
