Where do you deliver?
From the website, Bombay Sweet Shop delivers within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, and to Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune. In Mumbai you can also order on Swiggy and Zomato.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes, within Mumbai, up to 6 weeks in advance; orders arrive on your chosen date between 10 am and 8 pm. For all-India shipping, order at least a week ahead: metro cities usually take 3–5 days after dispatch.
Are your sweets eggless?
Yes. Everything is 100% eggless and vegetarian.
Do they contain preservatives?
No. All products are preservative-free, so shelf life ranges from a day to 6 months. Check each product page and pack.
Do they need to be refrigerated?
Most products should go into the fridge as soon as they arrive; check the storage note on the pack. Bring them to room temperature when you're ready to eat.
Any sugar-free options?
The Cheat Sweets collection is refined-sugar free, made with jaggery, dates and coconut sugar.
What travels well?
Choco Barks, Chikkis and Kachoris travel well for longer trips. The rest of the range is best gifted within the week.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some contain gluten, nuts or dairy, marked on each product page and pack. Everything is made in a facility that processes nuts and gluten.
