Can I really try my Mokobara for 30 days?
Yes. There's a 30-day risk-free return, no questions asked. Email hello@mokobara.com to start. A few accessories (like the Moko Tracker, wallets and personalised products) and purchases from quick-commerce apps or multi-brand stores aren't covered.
What's the warranty?
*Luggage: 6 years on the Iconic, Access and Em ranges, and 3 years on the Transit range. Backpacks, briefcases and select totes: 12 months. It covers defective materials or components, not regular wear and tear.
How do I claim warranty?
Email support@mokobara.com, use the WhatsApp chat on the website, or fill the form on the Claim Your Warranty page.
What is Ctrl+Z?
If your luggage picks up airline damage between check-in and the belt, Mokobara replaces it at zero charge. It's automatically active on every luggage purchase: file a PIR with the airline within 7 days and keep your proof of purchase. No PIR? Dated photos and your boarding pass work too.
What doesn't Ctrl+Z cover?
Deliberate misuse, normal wear over time, damage to items inside, loss or theft, and commercial or rental use.
