No single tool runs an influencer agency. Most agencies need one tool for running creators' pages and inboxes, one for brand campaigns and creator discovery, one for shared email and one for planning and reporting. As of October 2026, our picks are QKAP Agency (our product) for creators' pages, CreatorIQ for large brand-side programmes, Modash for discovery at a published price, Gmail delegation or Missive for shared email, and Notion or Airtable for planning. Each category below is ranked separately, because the jobs differ.

Key takeaways

  • Rank by job, not overall. A campaign platform and a creator-page tool solve different problems, and many agencies use one of each.
  • For large agencies running brand campaigns, enterprise platforms rank highest. CreatorIQ, Modash, GRIN and Upfluence offer creator discovery and campaign tools, which QKAP doesn't.
  • For running creators' own pages, stores and inboxes, QKAP Agency is our pick. Creators approve access page by page and can revoke it in one click. Pricing is custom.
  • Shared email can start free. Gmail delegation allows up to 10 delegates on a personal account.
  • Prefer tools with published prices when you're small, and expect sales calls and annual contracts at the enterprise end.

How we ranked

Within each category, we weighed five criteria:

CriterionWeightWhat we looked for
Fit for the job30%Does it do this category's work well?
Agency size fit20%Small and mid-size agency vs enterprise
Client access and creator consent20%Per-client permissions, approval, revocation
Pricing transparency15%Published prices vs sales-led quotes
India support15%Indian focus, rupee pricing, local platforms

Method. On 17 October 2026 we read each tool's official pricing page, product pages and help centre. We use QKAP hands-on because we build it. Where a page doesn't say something, we say "check" rather than guess. The ranks are our judgement against these weights, not a precise score.

Our bias. QKAP is our product. It appears only in the category it fits, running creators' pages, stores and page inboxes. It doesn't do creator discovery, outreach, contracts, payouts or campaign measurement, so we haven't ranked it for brand campaigns.

Best for running creators' pages and inboxes

1. QKAP Agency (our product)

Best for: small and mid-size agencies and talent managers who run creators' link-in-bio pages, stores and inboxes.

Strengths: You send a manage request by handle or email, and the creator approves what your agency can do, page by page. The presets are Full management, Content, Store and orders, Inbox and Reports only, or the creator can choose custom permissions. Agencies can never manage a creator's team, and payment settings stay with the creator unless they choose to allow them. Creators see your changes in their activity log and can remove access in one click.

Your staff get their own logins, and you choose which clients and pages each person works on. One overview shows unread messages, orders to confirm and the last 7 days of views and clicks for every client page. One inbox holds messages from every client page, and staff reply as the page. You can also build a page for a new client and transfer it when the creator is ready.

Limits: It has no discovery database, campaign management, contracts or creator payouts. Only the QKAP team can set up an agency account.

Price note: Custom pricing ("Contact us") through the agency page. Creators you manage keep their own Free or Premium plan.

2. Linktree

Best for: agencies whose creators are already on Linktree.

Strengths: Linktree's help centre says admins get full access to a Linktree, and adding one is available on a Premium plan. Workspaces group Linktrees and teammates, and members only work on the Linktrees they're assigned. Owners approve requests to add their Linktree and can revoke access. Linktree's pricing page lists an "Agency or Enterprise" option with team seats, dedicated support and custom contracts.

Limits: Workspaces are "currently available to a limited group of Linkers", and admin access is all-or-nothing. Agency + Enterprise is priced through "Get in touch".

3. Beacons for Managers

Best for: talent managers who mainly pitch rosters to brands.

Strengths: As of October 2026, Beacons' managers page lists a creator, deal and brand CRM, AI media kits, roster sheets, pitch decks, campaign reports and optional white labelling. It's priced by roster size, from Starter at $30/month for up to 10 creators to Premier at $250/month for up to 250, and paid tiers include unlimited teammates.

Limits: We couldn't confirm whether managers can edit creators' own Beacons pages or stores. Check with Beacons.

Best for brand campaigns and discovery at scale

1. CreatorIQ

Best for: large agencies running enterprise brand programmes. As of October 2026, its agency page lists creator discovery, talent pitch sheets for client approval, content review, campaign wrap reports and a co-branded, view-only client database. Price: no public price; its pricing page asks you to schedule a call with a platform specialist.

2. Modash

Best for: brands and agencies that want discovery at a published price. As of October 2026, its pricing page lists a creator search engine, an influencer CRM, content tracking and Gmail and Outlook inbox integration. Price: Essentials $199/month with 2 team members, Performance $499/month with 5, and Enterprise from $14,700 a year.

3. Qoruz

Best for: freelancers and small agencies starting out. Qoruz describes itself as an influencer marketing platform for brands and agencies, and lists discovery, insights, media planning, outreach and campaign reporting. Price: a Free plan "for freelancers and small agencies"; Premium and Enterprise are sold through a demo.

4. GRIN

Best for: agencies running gifting, affiliate and paid programmes for e-commerce brands. GRIN positions itself as creator marketing for brands, covering discovery, outreach, gifting, affiliate and paid programmes, escrow payouts and content tracking. Price: published and month to month: Free at $0 plus a 20% management fee on wallet deposits, Starter $200/month plus 10%, Growth $500/month plus 7% (adds multiple brands) and Scale $1,500/month plus 5% (GRIN pricing page, as of October 2026). GRIN says it isn't priced per seat.

5. Upfluence

Best for: agencies working with e-commerce brands on long-term creator programmes; Upfluence lists a "For Agencies" use case. Price: custom quotes based on the modules you select, with a minimum 12-month contract, as of October 2026.

Also consider: Kofluence, which describes itself as "a leading influencer marketing agency in India" with AI matchmaking and campaign management, and Later's influencer marketing platform, aimed at enterprise brands. Both are brand-side services sold through a demo or strategy call.

Best for shared email

1. Gmail delegation

Free and built in. Google says a delegate can read, send and delete your email but can't change your password, and personal accounts allow up to 10 delegates. It has no assignment or per-client permissions.

2. Google Groups Collaborative Inbox

For Google Workspace teams. Members can take, assign and resolve conversations on a shared address.

3. Missive

Missive lists team inboxes, assignment and internal chat, with Starter at $14/user/month billed yearly for up to 5 users.

4. Front

Front lists a shared inbox on every plan, with Starter at $25/seat/month billed annually for up to 10 seats. It suits email-heavy teams.

QKAP's agency inbox covers only messages sent through clients' QKAP pages, so keep a shared email tool for contracts and invoices.

Best for planning and reporting

1. Notion

Notion's Free plan suits rosters, deal pipelines and content calendars. Check Notion's pricing page for paid seats.

2. Airtable

Airtable's Free plan covers 1,000 records per base. Team is $20/user/month billed annually, and read-only collaborators aren't charged.

3. Later, Hootsuite or Sprout Social

For scheduling and approvals across clients' social accounts, choose one of these. As of October 2026, Later's Growth plan adds approvals, a social inbox and custom roles, and Sprout Social's Essentials plan is $79 per seat per month billed annually. Hootsuite also prices per user per month; check its plans page for the price in your region.

Frequently asked questions

What software do talent managers use?

Usually a mix: a CRM or tracker for the roster and deals (Notion, Airtable or Beacons for Managers), a shared email inbox, and access to the creators' own pages. Larger agencies add a discovery and campaign platform such as CreatorIQ or Modash.

Is there an Indian influencer platform for agencies?

Yes, a few. Kofluence describes itself as "a leading influencer marketing agency in India, offering AI-powered influencer marketing solutions", sold through a demo. OPA is an Indian influencer marketing platform for brand-creator collaborations, which afaqs reported Wondrlab acquired in September 2024. Qoruz, an influencer discovery and planning platform for brands and agencies, has a free plan for freelancers and small agencies. Check each one's current status and terms, and remember that these are brand-side campaign tools, not tools for running creators' own pages.

How much should a small agency spend on tools?

Start with free tiers, such as Gmail delegation, Notion or Airtable Free and Qoruz Free, and pay only when a tool saves real hours. Compare pricing models carefully: per seat (Front, Hootsuite), per roster size (Beacons for Managers), usage-based (GRIN) or custom (CreatorIQ, Upfluence, QKAP Agency).

Does QKAP find influencers or run brand campaigns?

No. QKAP Agency runs creators' own link-in-bio pages, stores and page inboxes with the creator's approval. For discovery, outreach, payouts or campaign measurement, use a dedicated influencer platform alongside it.

How do creators stay in control when an agency manages their QKAP page?

The creator approves each permission and page, can see the agency's changes in their activity log, and can remove access in one click. Agencies can never manage the creator's team, and payment settings stay with the creator unless they allow them.
