The best link-in-bio tool for brand deals depends on what you need: a simple contact form, a sorted inbox you reply from, or a media kit with deal tools attached. As of October 2026, Beacons has the most complete brand-deal toolkit of the link-in-bio tools we checked. QKAP (our product) has a structured, spam-controlled inbox on every plan, and Linktree and Stan offer general-purpose forms. The ranking and summary table below show where each one fits and why.

Key takeaways

  • Beacons ranks first overall. As of October 2026, its pricing page lists an auto-updating media kit, rate cards and invoices on every plan, Free included, plus a contact form for inbound brand interest.
  • QKAP ranks second. It's a free, opt-in inbox on your page where brands pick a request type and add their brand name, offer type and budget, with spam limits and team replies. It has no media kit or invoices.
  • Linktree and Stan have forms, not deal inboxes. Neither lists a media kit or brand-deal inbox on its own pages.
  • Passionfroot is a sponsorship storefront rather than a link-in-bio tool, and suits sponsorship-led creators.
  • Whatever you choose, give brands one clear route to you and reply from one place.

What is a brand deal inbox?

A brand deal inbox is a place on your link-in-bio page where a brand can send you a structured request that you sort, answer and track outside your Instagram DMs. At the simple end it's a contact form that emails you. A more complete one collects the brand's details, filters spam and lets a teammate reply.

Instagram's Help Centre says professional accounts already get Primary, General and Requests folders and saved replies, and some creators get a partnership messages folder. That's free, but brand mail mixes with fan DMs and there are no fields for budget or offer type. A link-in-bio inbox adds that structure.

How we ranked

We judged each tool on six criteria, weighted by how much they matter when brand deals are the goal:

CriterionWeightWhat we looked for
Request sorting and brand fields25%Request types, brand name, offer, budget
Price and fees20%What the free plan includes, seller fees
Spam control and privacy15%Limits, blocking, what each side can see
Reply in-app15%Answer without copying everything into email
Media kit and deal tools15%Media kit, rate cards, invoices
Team access10%Whether an assistant or manager can help safely

Method. On 17 October 2026 we read each tool's public pricing page, help centre and changelog, and we use QKAP hands-on because we build it. Where a page is silent we say "check" rather than guess. The ranks are our judgement against these weights, not a precise score.

Our bias. QKAP is our product, included because it has a brand-deal inbox. To keep our bias in check we ranked only on published features, and Beacons sits above QKAP because it covers more of a deal: a media kit and invoices as well as intake.

1. Beacons

Best for: creators who want a media kit, rate cards and invoices next to their contact form.

Strengths: As of October 2026, Beacons' pricing page lists these brand-deal tools on all four plans, Free included: an auto-updating media kit that pulls data daily from linked social accounts, media kit analytics, rate cards, invoices, gated access (brands enter an email to view your kit) and sharing by email, link or PDF. It also lists a contact form to "collect inbound interest from visitors". Its changelog adds an AI Brand-Deal Inbox (January 2026) that reads deal emails, flags good ones and drafts replies with suggested rates.

Limits: The pricing table doesn't say which plan the AI Brand-Deal Inbox needs, and it doesn't make clear which plans include the contact form, so check before you rely on it. The same page lists a 9% seller fee on the Free and Creator plans (0% on Creator Plus and Creator Max), which matters if you also sell products. We found no published spam limits for the contact form.

Price note: As of October 2026, Free is $0, Creator is $10/month or $100/year, and Creator Plus is $30/month or $300/year (Beacons pricing page).

2. QKAP (our product)

Best for: creators who want brand requests kept apart from DMs, with structured details, spam control and teammates, on a free plan.

Strengths: You add a button under your bio or in the floating button menu, labelled Message me, Partnerships, Sponsorships, Collabs or your own text, and choose which request types to accept: General, Partnership, Sponsorship, Collab, Product question or Other.

Partnership, sponsorship and collab requests can include the brand's name and website, the offer (Paid, Gifted product or barter, Affiliate or commission, or Not decided yet) and a budget. From the dashboard you reply with up to 10 quick replies, filter by Unread, Starred, Archived or Blocked, block or mark spam, and export to CSV. Teammates can get See messages, Reply to messages or Manage the inbox permissions. The inbox feature page shows the setup.

Spam control: Senders log in with a free QKAP account and can start at most 5 new conversations an hour and 20 a day. A follower marked as spam by 3 different creators in 30 days can no longer start conversations. A sender's email is shown only if they choose to share it.

Limits: There's no media kit builder, no invoicing and no attachments, and the inbox doesn't connect to Instagram DMs or your email. Brands must log in to message you, which filters spam but adds a step some brands will skip in favour of email.

Price note: The inbox is included on every plan, Free included. See QKAP pricing for what Premium adds.

3. Linktree

Best for: creators already on Linktree who need a simple way for brands to reach them.

Strengths: Linktree's Help Centre says a contact form lets visitors send their name, email, phone number and a message without leaving your Linktree. Submissions land in Audience → Contacts, with optional email notifications.

Limits: There are no brand-specific fields such as budget or offer type, and we found no media kit or deal tracking on Linktree's own pages. Inviting an admin is listed as a Premium feature, and admins get full access to your Linktree.

Price note: Linktree's prices vary by region and are shown in local currency. Check Linktree's pricing page to see which plan includes forms.

4. Stan

Best for: creators already selling on Stan who want an application-style form.

Strengths: Stan says its "Collect Emails/Applications" product is available on every plan. It collects name and email by default, and you can add custom fields such as phone, text response, multiple choice, dropdown and checkboxes, then make them required. That lets you ask for brand name or budget yourself.

Limits: The form is designed for collecting leads and emails rather than as a brand inbox. As of October 2026, Stan's pricing page doesn't list a media kit or brand-deal inbox, and there's no free plan.

Price note: As of October 2026, Stan lists Creator at $29/month or $300/year and Creator Pro at $99/month or $948/year, with a 14-day free trial.

Also worth knowing (not ranked)

Passionfroot isn't a link-in-bio tool. It's a sponsorship storefront aimed at sponsorship-led creators such as newsletter writers and YouTubers. Its creator pricing page lists a $0 plan that includes a "media kit with live stats", booking forms and messaging. Its help centre lists a 5% fee charged to the brand on deals you bring in, and a 15% sourcing fee taken from your payout on deals that come from its Partner Network. That article carries a "Pricing as of Feb 2024" footnote, so check the current terms before you sign up.

Taplink and Bio.link also offer forms or email collection, but we couldn't confirm their current features from official pages. Check their pricing pages.

How to choose for your stage

  • Brand messages are rare. Instagram's built-in inbox and the Contact button with a business email may be enough.
  • Enquiries arrive regularly and you work alone. Choose a structured inbox (QKAP) or Beacons' contact form with its media kit, and ask for budget and offer type up front. Our guide to landing direct brand partnerships covers what to send back.
  • You have an assistant or manager. QKAP has separate inbox permissions; Linktree admin access covers the whole Linktree.
  • Sponsorships are your main income. Consider a sponsorship storefront such as Passionfroot alongside your bio link.
  • You also sell products. Beacons lists a 9% seller fee on Free and Creator. QKAP takes no cut of store sales, because buyers pay you directly.

For the wider decision, use our checklist for choosing a link-in-bio tool, or compare options in Beacons alternatives and Linktree alternatives.

Frequently asked questions

Does Linktree have a contact form?

Yes. Linktree's Help Centre explains how to add a contact form that collects a visitor's name, email, phone number and message, with submissions stored in Audience → Contacts. It has no brand-specific fields, and you'll need to check Linktree's pricing page to see which plan includes forms.

Of the tools we checked, Beacons lists an auto-updating media kit on every plan, Free included, as of October 2026. Passionfroot, a sponsorship storefront, lists a media kit with live stats on its free creator plan. QKAP doesn't build media kits, but you can link one from your page and save its link as a quick reply.

Is a contact form better than email for brand deals?

A form is better for first contact, because it asks every brand the same questions and keeps your email address off your public page. Email is still where most contracts and invoices end up. Many creators use a form or inbox to qualify a request, then move to email once a deal is real.

Is QKAP's inbox free?

Yes. The inbox is included on every QKAP plan, Free included. It's off until you turn it on in Dashboard → Inbox → settings, and brands need a free QKAP account to message you.

Will a brand-deal inbox replace my Instagram DMs?

No. A link-in-bio inbox is a separate, structured route for brands, and QKAP's inbox doesn't connect to Instagram DMs or your email. Your Instagram DMs stay exactly as they are, so you can point brands to the inbox while fans keep messaging you on Instagram.
