# Inbox & brand deals: Brand deals land in your inbox

Add a Message me, Partnerships or Sponsorships button to your page. Followers and brands log in to write, and you reply from one inbox.

## How it works

1. **Turn on the button**: Pick Message me, Contact me, Partnerships, Sponsorships, Collabs or your own words.
2. **Followers write in**: They choose what it's about, add brand details for deals, and send after a quick log-in.
3. **Reply from your inbox**: Read, star, archive and answer every conversation in your dashboard, on any device.

## Details

- **Requests that arrive sorted**: Followers pick General, Partnership, Sponsorship, Collab or Product question, so brand deals never get lost among fan mail.
- **Brand details up front**: Sponsorship and collab requests can include the brand, its website, what's offered (paid, gifted or affiliate) and a budget.
- **Real senders, less spam**: People log in with a free QKAP account before they write. Sending limits keep floods out, and you can block anyone right from the conversation.
- **Your email stays private**: Messages go through QKAP. You see the sender's name, and their email only if they choose to share it.
- **Auto-reply and quick replies**: Send an instant thank-you to every new conversation, and keep up to 10 saved replies one tap away.
- **Reply as a team**: Give teammates inbox access with roles. Every reply shows which teammate sent it, while followers just see your page's name.

## FAQ

### Do followers need an account to message me?

Yes. They log in or create a free QKAP account before sending, so you know who wrote and can reply. Viewing your page never needs an account.

### Where do I read and answer messages?

In Inbox in your QKAP dashboard, on your phone or computer. Followers see your replies in Messages in their QKAP account.

### Can I choose what the button says?

Yes: Message me, Contact me, Partnerships, Sponsorships, Collabs, or up to 24 characters of your own. Show it under your bio, in your floating button, or both.

### What about spam?

Every sender is logged in, each account can start only a few conversations an hour, and you can block a sender or mark them as spam right from the conversation.

### Is it free?

Yes. The inbox is included on every plan.
