# WhatsApp and call orders

Add items to your posts that open a WhatsApp chat with your order message ready, call you to order, or link to your own store products.

Take orders on WhatsApp or by phone, right from a post. Followers tap once and land in a chat with your message ready, or in their phone's dialler.

## Add a WhatsApp order

1. Open a post in **Dashboard → Posts**, or create a new one.
2. In the products area, tap **WhatsApp order**.
3. Enter your **WhatsApp number** with the country code, like +91 98765 43210. A 10-digit number gets +91.
4. Optionally edit the **Pre-filled message**. It starts as "Hi! I'd like to order this." Buyers can edit it before sending.
5. Fill in the item's details and save the post.

### Add product details to the message

The switch **Add product details to WhatsApp messages** is on by default. After your message, it adds the title, price, coupon, post number, link and a short reference like Q23-P2, plus name and PIN code prompts. That way you know exactly what someone wants to order.

## Add a call-to-order item

1. In the post editor, tap **Call to order**.
2. Enter your **Phone number** with the country code.
3. Save the post.

Tapping it opens the phone's dialler with your number.

## Other item types in a post

- **Add a link**: any page, like a blog post, playlist, form or video, without a price.
- **From my Store**: your own published store products. Buyers open the product's page in your shop to buy it.
- Regular products, like affiliate links. See [Affiliate links](https://qkap.app/docs/affiliate-links).

You can mix these in one post: affiliate products, links and order buttons can sit side by side.

## Clicks are counted

WhatsApp, call and link taps show up in your [analytics](https://qkap.app/docs/analytics), so you can see which posts bring orders.

## Free plan limits

On the Free plan, posts can hold up to 30 products in total. WhatsApp and call items count toward that, across all your posts, drafts included. Premium removes the limit. See [Plans and Premium](https://qkap.app/docs/plans-and-premium).

> Running a cafe or restaurant? Add order and booking buttons for delivery apps instead. See [Order and booking buttons](https://qkap.app/docs/order-and-booking-buttons).

WhatsApp orders open WhatsApp (app or web). Call to order opens the phone's dialler.

### Which number format should I use?

Include the country code, like +91 98765 43210. A 10-digit number is treated as an Indian number.

### Do WhatsApp orders show in Orders?
