# Verified reviews

Let real buyers rate your products, approve each review before it shows, and reply in public.

Verified reviews show star ratings from people who actually bought. You approve each one before it appears, so nothing shows without your OK.

## Turn reviews on

1. Go to **Dashboard → Payments**.
2. Under **Shop options**, turn on **Verified reviews**.
3. Tap **Save settings**.

If reviews are off, the Reviews screen reminds you to turn them on in Payments.

## Who can review

Only buyers whose order you've confirmed as paid, or who got a free product, can leave a review. They write it from their private order page, with stars and a few words. Each review is tied to one order, so there are no fake reviews.

## Approve, hide or reply

Go to **Dashboard → Products → Reviews**. New reviews wait for you, and the tab shows a count when some are waiting. Reviews are grouped as **Waiting**, **Published** and **Hidden**.

For each review you can:

- **Publish** it on the product page.
- **Hide** it from your page. Hidden reviews stay in your dashboard.
- **Reply** in public, right under the review. Use **Edit reply** to change it.
- **Delete** it for good. The buyer can write a new one from their private page.

If a buyer edits their review, it goes back to waiting until you approve it again.

## Where stars show

Published reviews and the average rating show on the product page. Your shop cards show the average rating and how many reviews it's from. Each product's **Share & stats** card shows its reviews too.

> Ask happy buyers to leave a review in your **Thank-you message** or when you message them on WhatsApp.

## Common questions

### Can I remove a bad review?

Yes. You can hide it or delete it. You can also reply in public to answer a concern.

### Can buyers edit their review?

Yes. An edited review waits for your approval again.

### Can anyone without an order review?

No. Reviews open only once an order is confirmed.
