# Plans and Premium

What the Free plan includes, what QKAP Premium adds, and what happens to your page if you go back to Free.

QKAP has a Free plan with no time limit and a paid plan, QKAP Premium, that lifts the limits and adds more tools. For current prices in your currency, see [Pricing](https://qkap.app/pricing).

## The Free plan

Free includes:

- 1 page
- Up to 10 live posts and up to 30 products
- 3 collections and 3 custom links
- 2 themes: Classic and Midnight
- Analytics for the last 7 days
- The creator store, UPI payments and WhatsApp orders
- Cafe and restaurant tools, with smaller limits (see below)

There's no trial and none is needed. Publish your page and upgrade only when you need more.

## What Premium adds

- **Unlimited posts and products**
- **Unlimited collections** and **unlimited custom links**
- **Up to 5 pages** from one account, for different niches or brands
- **Bigger restaurant menus**
- **All themes**: Noir, Cream, Blush, Ocean, Sage, Lavender and Mono, on top of Classic and Midnight
- **Banner image** at the top of your page
- **Hide QKAP branding** (the "Create your own page · QKAP" footer)
- **Your own domain**: show your page on a domain you own, like shop.yourname.com (see [Custom domains](https://qkap.app/docs/custom-domains))
- **Full analytics**: 30-day, 90-day and custom ranges
- **Best hours heatmap** and **analytics CSV export**
- **Post scheduling**
- **Affiliate tag rules**, including open-in-app links
- **Deal-alert subscribers** and exporting the list
- **Bulk import** of posts and links from CSV or a list of URLs
- **Broken-link alerts**
- **Members-only posts and series**
- **Priority support**

## Monthly or yearly

Premium comes as a monthly or a yearly plan. The yearly plan costs less per month. Prices are in Indian rupees in India and in US dollars everywhere else, with taxes included. See [Pricing](https://qkap.app/pricing) for the exact amounts.

To upgrade, go to **Dashboard → Billing** and tap **Start monthly** or **Start yearly**. Premium switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed. See [Billing and invoices](https://qkap.app/docs/billing-and-invoices) for payment details.

## If you go back to Free

Nothing is deleted. Here's what happens when Premium ends:

- Posts, collections and links stay where they are. You just can't add more beyond the Free limits until you archive or delete some, or upgrade again.
- Members-only posts stay locked and editable. Locking new ones needs Premium.
- Extra pages beyond your first are paused. They're hidden from followers until you upgrade, and you can still delete them.
- Menu items, sections, photos and order buttons above the Free limits are hidden from your page, not deleted. They come back when you upgrade.
- Premium-only settings, such as extra themes, a banner, hidden branding or your own domain, pause and come back the moment you upgrade.

If a renewal payment fails, Premium stays on for a 3-day grace period while the payment is retried.

## Common questions

### Is QKAP free?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. Premium adds higher limits and more tools.

### Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from **Dashboard → Billing**. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

### Can I run more than one page?

Every account includes 1 page. Premium lets you run up to 5 from the same login, each with its own link, posts, look and analytics.

### Does Premium cost the same everywhere?

No. It's priced in rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere. Outside India and the US, checkout charges the dollar price in your local currency.
