# QKAP made a page for you

Claim a page the QKAP team built for you from the emailed link, with a new account or the one you have, and what to do if the link expired.

Sometimes the QKAP team builds a page for a creator or a business and hands it over. If that's you, you get an email titled "QKAP made a page for you" with a private link. The page comes with everything the QKAP team put on it.

## If you don't have a QKAP account

The page becomes your QKAP account.

1. In the email, tap **Create your account**.
2. Check the page's name and link, then choose a password. You log in with the address the email was sent to.
3. Tap **Create my account**.

You're logged in, on your new page. Your email address is already confirmed, because the link came to your inbox.

## If you already have a QKAP account

The page is added to your account as an extra page.

1. In the email, tap **Add the page**.
2. If you're not logged in, tap **Log in to add it** and log in with the address the email was sent to. Logged in to another account? Tap **Log out and continue** first.
3. Tap **Add @yourname to my account**.

Switch between your pages with the page switcher. See [Running more than one page](https://qkap.app/docs/dashboard-tour#running-more-than-one-page).

Forgot your password? Tap **Forgot password?** on the log-in page, set a new one, then open the link in the email again.

If QKAP moved the page straight to your account, there's no link: you get an email titled "QKAP added … to your account", and the page is already in **Dashboard → Pages**.

> Tip: Before you sell, check **Dashboard → Payments**. Buyers pay the UPI ID or payment link set there. See [UPI and payment links](https://qkap.app/docs/upi-and-payment-links).

## Extra pages need Pro

Running more than one page is part of [Pro](https://qkap.app/pricing). If your account isn't on Pro and the page didn't come with free Pro, the page stays offline and you can't open it until you start Pro. It waits in **Dashboard → Pages**, and nothing on it is lost.

## Free Pro

If the email says the page comes with free Pro, your account gets those days of Pro when you claim it. When they run out, the page needs a plan of your own to stay live (Pro, if it's an extra page). Nothing is deleted.

## Make the page live

A page is live when it's published and a plan covers it.

- If the page shows as **Unpublished**, turn on its switch in **Dashboard → Pages**.
- Without free Pro, start a plan. Your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial. See [Publish your page](https://qkap.app/docs/quick-start#5-publish-your-page).

## About the link

- It works once: after you claim the page, it stops working.
- It expires after 30 days. The email shows the last day.
- If QKAP sends it again, only the link in the newest email works.

### The link expired or doesn't work

Ask QKAP for a new one via [Contact](https://qkap.app/contact), from the address the link was sent to. If you already claimed the page, it's in your dashboard.

### Signing up says the address is already used

While your link works, the address it was sent to is kept for the page: sign up with the button in the email, not on the sign-up page. Can't find the email? Ask QKAP to send it again via [Contact](https://qkap.app/contact).

### You already had an account with this address

The link adds the page to that account as an extra page: your existing page stays your main page, and the new one needs Pro or free Pro from QKAP. If that's not what you want, contact QKAP before you use the link.

## Common questions

### How do I know the email is really from QKAP?

The link opens qkap.app, where you choose your own password. If you weren't expecting a page, ignore the email: nothing happens unless you open the link.
