# Subscribers and email broadcasts

Collect deal-alert subscribers on your page and email your subscribers and buyers from your QKAP dashboard.

Build an email list right on your page, then send launches, discounts and updates to your subscribers and buyers. There's nothing extra to connect.

## Collect subscribers

The deal alerts sign-up form adds a "Get deal alerts" card under your highlights. Followers leave their email and must tick a consent box.

1. Go to **Dashboard → Subscribers** in the Audience group.
2. In **Deal alerts sign-up**, turn on **Show sign-up form on my page**.

The sign-up form is a Premium feature. On Free it's paused, and your page doesn't show it until you upgrade. See [pricing](https://qkap.app/pricing).

People who grab a [lead magnet](https://qkap.app/docs/lead-magnets) also join your list.

## Manage your list

**Dashboard → Subscribers** shows:

- How many people signed up, and how many in the last 7 days.
- **Top sign-up sources**: where on your page people joined.
- Your subscribers, newest first, with search.
- A remove option for each subscriber.

Only you can see these emails. Each person agreed to hear from you and can unsubscribe any time.

### Export your list

Tap **Export CSV** to download your list. Export is a Premium feature.

## Send an email broadcast

1. Go to **Dashboard → Store** and open the **Emails** tab. You can also tap **Send an email to subscribers** on the Subscribers screen.
2. Under **Send to**, pick **Subscribers** (people on your email list), **Customers** (everyone who paid for an order) or **Everyone** (subscribers and buyers).
3. Start from a ready-made starter like **New product** or **Discount**, or write your own.
4. Fill in the **Subject** and **Message**. Messages are plain text, and links become clickable.
5. Tap **Send now** and confirm.

The email goes out right away and can't be unsent. People who unsubscribed are left out automatically, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

> If a product has a [waitlist](https://qkap.app/docs/limited-spots-and-waitlists), you can also email the people who asked to hear when it opens.

## Sending limit

You can send up to 3 emails a day. This keeps your list healthy.

## Sent history

Under **Sent** you can see each email's subject, audience, date, how many went out, and whether it's Sent, Sending or Failed.

## Common questions

### Who can I email?

People who subscribed on your page or grabbed a lead magnet, and people who bought from your shop.

### Can people opt out?

Yes. Every email includes a personal unsubscribe link.

### Can I see replies?

Replies come straight to you, like a note from a friend.
