# Coaching calls and bookings

Sell paid or free 1:1 calls from your weekly hours, let buyers book in their own time zone, and manage upcoming calls in Bookings.

Let followers book 1:1 calls straight from your bio. You set your weekly hours, and buyers pick an open slot shown in their own time zone.

## Create a coaching call

1. Go to **Dashboard → Products**.
2. Pick **1:1 coaching call**. A draft opens.
3. Fill in **Details**: title, description and cover image.
4. Set the **Price** in **Pricing**. Enter 0 for a free discovery call.
5. Set up the **Booking** section (below).
6. Tap **Publish**.

## Set your availability

The **Booking** section controls when people can book:

- **Call length** and **Break between calls**.
- **Minimum notice**: how soon before a call someone can book.
- **Bookable up to**: how far ahead people can book.
- **Your time zone**: buyers see times in their own time zone.
- **Weekly hours**: set times for each day. Use **Add hours** for more than one range in a day. New calls start at Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.
- **Days off**: add holidays and busy days. No slots are offered on them.
- **Buyers can reschedule**: choose a cut-off, or **Not allowed**. Buyers can move their own call twice at most.
- **Meeting link**: your Google Meet, Zoom or Calendly room. Buyers see it once the booking is confirmed.

> Booked and held times disappear for everyone else, so you never get double bookings.

## Ask questions up front

In **Checkout**, add up to 5 questions, like "What would you like to cover?". New calls start with one required question you can edit.

## How a booking works

1. The buyer picks a slot and checks out. The slot is held for 30 minutes while they pay.
2. They pay by UPI or your payment link and tap **I've paid**.
3. You confirm with **Mark as paid** in **Dashboard → Orders**.
4. Their booking page shows the call details and meeting link.

Free calls don't need payment. If an unpaid order is cancelled, any booked time is released.

## Bookings

Go to **Dashboard → Products → Bookings** to see your calls. Upcoming calls are grouped by day (**Today**, **Tomorrow** and so on), with each buyer's answers, payment status and the meeting link. A **Last 7 days** list shows recent calls too.

Calls that are still **Unpaid** or **Says paid** show that status, so you can confirm them in [Orders](https://qkap.app/docs/orders-and-customers).

## Gifting a call

If gifts are on, a buyer can book a call for someone else. The buyer picks the time and the recipient joins with their own link. See [Pricing options](https://qkap.app/docs/pricing-options).

## Common questions

### Which time zone do buyers see?

Their own. Your hours are set in your time zone and converted for every visitor.

### Can I offer free calls?

Yes. Set the price to 0. Free and paid calls use the same setup.

### Can a call be an order bump or go in a bundle?

No. Order bumps aren't offered on coaching calls, and calls can't go in a bundle. Pay what you want is also not available for calls.
