# Analytics

See views, visitors, product clicks, traffic sources and best hours for your page, and export your numbers.

Analytics shows how people find your page and what they tap. Open it from **Dashboard → Analytics** in the Insights group.

## Pick a date range

At the top, choose **7 days**, **30 days**, **90 days** or **Custom**. All times use your page's timezone.

On Free you see the last 7 days. Premium unlocks the 30-day, 90-day and custom ranges.

## What you'll see

- **Key metrics**: page views, unique visitors, product clicks, link clicks and click-through rate, compared with the period before.
- **Last 30 minutes**: a live card that updates every 30 seconds.
- **Daily totals**: a chart of each day in your range.
- **Post funnel**: views, product clicks and click-through rate for each post. Use it to see which reels actually sell.
- **Top products**: ranked by clicks on Shop buttons.
- **Stores**: which shops your clicks go to.
- **Traffic sources**: where visits and clicks came from, such as Instagram, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, search engines and AI assistants. Short links with `?src=`, referrers, `utm_source` tags and in-app browsers are all used.
- **Top referrers**: the sites and apps that sent page views.
- **Custom link clicks**: taps on the link buttons under your bio.
- **Devices**: mobile, desktop and tablet.
- **Cafe & restaurant taps**: order, booking, review, directions and call taps, if you use [cafe and restaurant tools](https://qkap.app/docs/restaurant-setup).
- **Best hours**: when followers visit and click, by hour and weekday.

## Best hours heatmap

The **Best hours** heatmap is a Premium feature. It shows which hours and weekdays your followers click, so you can post when they're most active.

## Export to CSV

Tap **Download CSV** and choose what to export:

- **Daily totals**: views, visitors, clicks, link clicks and CTR per day.
- **Posts**: views, visitors, product clicks, CTR and status per post.
- **Product clicks**: clicks per product with post number, store and link.
- **Traffic sources**: views, product clicks, link clicks and CTR per source.

CSV export is a Premium feature.

## Privacy

QKAP doesn't give your visitors tracking cookies and doesn't store raw IP addresses. It keeps a hashed visitor ID that changes daily, the device type and the referring site's name.

## Common questions

### Why are my numbers zero?

Analytics counts visits from the moment your page is live. Share your page link and check back. The **Last 30 minutes** card shows new visits within seconds.

### Can I see which product got clicked?

Yes. **Top products** and the **Post funnel** show clicks for each product.
