# Agencies

Give an agency access to your pages, or run many creators' pages as an agency, including page transfers.

Agency accounts let a team manage many creators' pages, inboxes and staff from one dashboard. Creators approve what an agency can do and can remove access at any time. See the [feature page](https://qkap.app/features/agencies) for an overview.

## For creators: give an agency access

When an agency asks for access, you'll see it in **Dashboard → Team → Agencies**. A dot on the **Agencies** chip means something is waiting for your answer.

1. Open **Dashboard → Team** and tap **Agencies**.
2. Read the request: the agency's name, website and message, and what it's asking for.
3. Choose what the agency can do and which pages it covers.
4. Approve the request, or decline it.

If you decline, the agency can't ask you again for 30 days. Requests expire after 14 days.

Agencies work with their own logins, and every change they make shows in your team's [activity](https://qkap.app/docs/team-and-roles). An agency can never manage your team. Payment settings stay with you unless you choose to allow them.

### Change or remove an agency's access

In **Team → Agencies** you can edit what an agency can do, pause it, or remove it. Changes take effect on their next click, and their staff can only ever do what you allow.

If you choose **Remove access**, the agency and its staff lose access to your pages right away, and their private notes about your pages are deleted. They can ask you again later.

A team can have up to 5 agencies.

## For agencies: get an agency account

Only the QKAP team can turn an account into an agency.

1. Log in and go to the [feature page](https://qkap.app/features/agencies), then tap **Contact us**. You can also find the **Agency account** section in **Dashboard → Settings**.
2. Fill in **Tell us about your agency**.
3. The QKAP team replies in your dashboard, in the **Conversation with QKAP**.

Agency pricing depends on your team and number of clients. Creators you manage keep their own Free or Premium plan.

## The agency dashboard

Once approved, your agency hub has these sections:

- **Clients**: every page your agency works on, with status, plan, unread messages, orders to confirm and your labels.
- **Inbox**: messages from every client page in one list. You reply as the page, and each reply shows who on your team sent it.
- **Requests**: ask creators for access and see what's waiting.
- **Staff**: invite your team and choose which clients and pages each person works on.
- **Activity**: your agency's changes and what your team did on clients' pages.
- **Settings**: your agency profile and the limits of your agency plan, which are set by the QKAP team.

### Ask a creator for access

1. Go to **Requests** and tap **Request access**.
2. Enter the **Creator's @handle or email**.
3. Under **Which pages**, choose **All their pages** or only one page.
4. Pick exactly what you're asking for, add a message and tap **Send request**.

The creator sees your agency name, website and message. Requests expire after 14 days. If you're at your client limit, cancel a waiting request or ask QKAP to raise the limit.

### Add staff

On **Staff**, invite people with their own QKAP login, then choose which clients each person works on. Staff open client pages from the page switcher under **Agency clients**, or from the agency dashboard.

## Page transfers

An agency can build a page for a new client and hand it over later.

1. In **Clients**, create a **New client page**. You can start fresh or copy the look of another page (posts and products aren't copied).
2. When the creator is ready, choose **Transfer to the creator** and enter the **Creator's @handle**.
3. Optionally tick **Keep managing this page** and propose what your agency keeps doing.
4. Tap **Offer transfer**.

The creator has 7 days to accept. Until then the page stays with your agency.

### Accepting a transfer (creators)

You'll find the offer in **Team → Agencies**. To accept, type the page's handle and confirm with your password (and two-factor code if it's on).

- Posts, products, orders, subscribers and messages move with the page.
- Instagram auto-DM is disconnected. Reconnect it after accepting.
- New-order emails go to your account email.
- The page counts towards your page limit. Receiving a page needs QKAP Premium, because extra pages are a Premium feature. See [Plans and Premium](https://qkap.app/docs/plans-and-premium).

You can choose to clear the page's UPI ID, payment link and seller details. This is recommended unless they're already yours. Add your own under **Store → Payments** afterwards.

> Tip: If you log in with Google only, set a password first in **Dashboard → Settings**, then come back to accept.

## Common questions

### Can my agency see everything on my page?

Only what you approve. You choose what it can do and which pages it covers, and you can change or remove access at any time.

### Do agencies count towards my team's member limit?

No. Agency access is managed separately under **Team → Agencies**.

### How much does an agency account cost?

It's custom-priced. Contact us from the [feature page](https://qkap.app/features/agencies) for a quote.
