# QKAP Agency vs Linktree and Beacons for Teams Managing Creators

> QKAP agency accounts vs Linktree and Beacons team features for managers handling many creators: client access, shared inbox, consent, transfers and pricing.

As of October 2026, Linktree lets a Premium account invite admins with full access, is rolling out Workspaces for teams, and sells a sales-led Agency or Enterprise option for organisations running many profiles. Beacons sells a separate product, Beacons for Managers: a CRM, media kit and pitching tool priced by how many creators you manage. QKAP agency accounts are built for one agency running many creators' link-in-bio pages, stores and page inboxes, with staff access per client and permissions that each creator approves and can revoke in one click. The right pick depends on whether your team mostly edits creators' pages or mostly pitches brands.

## Key takeaways

- As of October 2026, Linktree's help centre says inviting an admin needs a Premium plan, and admins get full access to that Linktree's design, Insights and links.
- Linktree Workspaces let members work only on the Linktrees they're assigned, with owner approval, but the feature is still in limited rollout.
- Beacons for Managers is a roster CRM with media kits, pitch decks and campaign reports. Its pricing page lists paid tiers from $30 a month for up to 10 creators, plus a free tier.
- QKAP agency accounts combine a client overview, a unified inbox across client pages, staff access per client and page transfers, with creator-approved permissions.
- QKAP agency pricing is custom (Contact us), and creators you manage keep their own Free or Premium plan.

## How we compared

We judged each tool on a multi-client overview, staff access per client, creator consent and revoking access, a shared inbox, page transfers, store orders and the pricing model. Linktree and Beacons facts come from their official help centres and pricing pages, checked on 17 October 2026 (see Sources). Where those pages didn't answer a question, the table says "check".

QKAP is our product, and the QKAP facts come from our own product. We've tried to be fair, including where Beacons covers work that QKAP doesn't do at all.

## What agencies need from a link-in-bio tool

A talent team handling ten or fifty creators needs:

- **One view of every client:** unread messages, waiting orders, a sudden drop in clicks.
- **Access by client:** a manager handling three creators shouldn't see the other forty.
- **Creator consent:** creators agree to what the agency can do, and can take it back.
- **One inbox:** messages from many pages, answered without logging in and out.
- **A clean handover:** build a page for a new signing, then give it to the creator.

Shared passwords solve none of these.

## Linktree for teams (as of October 2026)

Linktree has three layers for teams, according to its help centre and pricing page:

- **Admins.** Inviting an admin is "Available on a Premium plan". Admins get "full access to your Linktree, including its design, Insights, and links", and you invite them from the Account menu by username or email. Access is all or nothing for that Linktree.
- **Workspaces.** Workspaces group Linktrees and teammates. Managers have full control, and members only work on the Linktrees they're assigned. Adding a Linktree that someone else owns needs that owner's approval, and owners can revoke access at any time. Linktree says Workspaces are "currently available to a limited group of Linkers", and the help article doesn't name a plan.
- **Agency or Enterprise.** A "Get in touch" option with "team seats, dedicated support, and custom contracts". Linktree's pricing FAQ says it lets you manage multiple profiles from one dashboard, assign admins and collaborators with different access levels, track performance across all Linktrees from one view and get volume discounts.

Linktree also has a contact form that saves messages to Audience → Contacts. Prices vary by region, so check Linktree's pricing page. Our [QKAP vs Linktree comparison](https://qkap.app/blog/qkap-vs-linktree) covers the creator-side differences.

## Beacons for teams (as of October 2026)

Beacons approaches teams in two ways:

- **Creator plans.** Beacons' pricing page lists Free ($0), Creator ($10 a month or $100 a year) and Creator Plus ($30 a month or $300 a year), plus Creator Max. Beacons' help centre describes Creator Max as "Perfect for: Big creators, brands, agencies, and teams"; check its current price on Beacons' pricing page.
- **Beacons for Managers.** A separate product for talent managers and agencies, with a creator, deal and brand CRM, AI media kits, roster sheets and pitch decks, CSV creator import, social connection health, campaign reports and optional white labelling. The managers page lists Starter at $30 a month for up to 10 creators, Growth at $75 (up to 30), Agency at $100 (up to 50), Pro at $150 (up to 100) and Premier at $250 (up to 250), plus a free tier. Paid tiers include unlimited teammates, and white labelling is a $50 a month add-on from Growth.

Of the three, Beacons for Managers is the one built for pitching, media kits and campaign reporting. We couldn't confirm on Beacons' current pages whether managers can edit a creator's own page or store, so check that with Beacons. For creator-side detail, see our [QKAP vs Beacons comparison](https://qkap.app/blog/qkap-vs-beacons).

## QKAP agency accounts

QKAP [agency accounts](https://qkap.app/features/agencies) are for small and mid-size agencies that run clients' pages day to day.

- **Getting one.** Log in to QKAP and use Contact us. The QKAP team replies in your dashboard and sets up your account and limits. Only QKAP can turn an account into an agency.
- **Connecting creators.** Send a manage request by handle or email. The creator approves what your agency can do, page by page, by picking a preset: Full management, Content, Store and orders, Inbox, Reports only, or Custom. Requests expire after 14 days.
- **Creator control.** Agencies can never manage a creator's team, and payment settings stay with the creator unless they choose to allow them. Creators see your team's changes in their activity log and can remove access in one click, effective immediately.
- **Overview.** Every client page in one list with unread messages, orders to confirm and the last 7 days of views and clicks, with search and filters.
- **Unified inbox.** Messages from every client's QKAP page in one list. Staff reply as the page, and each reply shows which team member sent it.
- **Staff per client.** Staff get their own logins, and you choose which clients and pages each person works on. On a client page, staff can only do what both the creator's grant and their agency role allow.
- **Page transfers.** Build a page for a new client and transfer it when they're ready. The creator accepts with their password (plus their authenticator code if two-factor login is on), and posts, products, orders and messages move with the page.

What QKAP doesn't do matters too: it has no brand CRM, media kit builder, pitch decks or campaign reports. The inbox only covers messages sent through clients' QKAP pages, not Instagram DMs or email.

## Linktree vs Beacons vs QKAP for agencies: side-by-side

| Staff access per client | Workspaces: members work on assigned Linktrees (limited rollout) | Unlimited teammates on paid manager tiers; check per-client permissions | Staff assigned client by client and page by page |
| Creator consent and revoke | Owner approves adding a Linktree to a Workspace and can revoke anytime | Check with Beacons | Creator approves a preset per page; one-click revoke, effective immediately |
| Shared inbox for client messages | Contact form per Linktree; check Linktree for a team inbox | Check with Beacons | One inbox across client pages, reply as the page |
| Page transfer | Check with Linktree | Check with Beacons | Build a page, then transfer it with posts, products, orders and messages |
| Store orders | Check Linktree's plans | Store on creator plans; check fees per plan | Store orders visible with the right grant (UPI or payment links, no QKAP commission) |
| Pricing model | Admins on Premium; Agency or Enterprise by quote | Managers priced by roster size, from $30 a month | Custom pricing; creators keep their own plan |

## Who each suits

**Linktree** suits agencies whose clients already live on Linktree and need simple shared editing, and large organisations that want contracts, dedicated support and volume pricing through Agency or Enterprise.

**Beacons for Managers** suits talent managers whose day is mostly pitching: building roster sheets and media kits, tracking deals and reporting on campaigns. Its published per-roster pricing makes budgeting easy.

**QKAP Agency** suits agencies that run the creator's page itself, especially for Indian product and affiliate creators: numbered posts that match reels, stores where buyers pay creators directly by UPI, and page inboxes, with creator-approved access.

Many agencies combine a CRM for pitching with a page tool for creators' public pages.

## Moving client pages over with QKAP's Linktree importer

The [page importer](https://qkap.app/features/import-your-page) is free and run by the page owner, so the creator does the first step:

1. The creator signs up for QKAP, or logs in.
2. In Dashboard → Import a page, they paste their Linktree link. QKAP copies their name, bio, photo, links and colours (matched to the closest theme). The Linktree itself isn't changed or deleted, and analytics and followers don't move.
3. The creator approves your agency's manage request at Team → Agencies and picks a preset.
4. Your staff tidy the page: turn links into numbered posts, add store products and switch on the inbox (Full management covers this). Payment settings stay with the creator unless they allow them, so the creator adds their own UPI ID or payment link.
5. The creator swaps the link in their Instagram bio when everyone is happy.

For a brand-new signing, build the page in your agency account and transfer it instead. For affiliate clients, see our guide to [Linktree alternatives for affiliate creators](https://qkap.app/blog/linktree-alternatives-for-affiliate-creators).

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I manage many Linktree pages from one login?

Linktree's help centre describes admins on Premium and Workspaces (in limited rollout), and its Agency or Enterprise option offers multiple profiles in one dashboard through "Get in touch". Check with Linktree which option your account can use.

### Does Beacons have a shared inbox for managers?

Beacons' changelog lists an AI Brand-Deal Inbox (January 2026) that reads and organises incoming deal emails. We couldn't find documentation on Beacons' current pages for a manager-wide shared inbox, so ask Beacons before you rely on one.

### How is QKAP agency pricing set?

It's custom, based on your team and number of clients. Log in and use Contact us on the [pricing page](https://qkap.app/pricing) or the agencies page, and the QKAP team replies in your dashboard. Creators you manage keep their own Free or Premium plan.

### Can a creator remove my agency's access on QKAP?

Yes. Creators can remove access in one click, and it takes effect immediately. They can also change which pages and permissions your agency has at any time.
